Today, at 18:30, we present Some Kind of Romance, Any Kind of Existence at the @fundacao_serralves Auditorium, a publication that traces fifteen years of OODA’s practice, from Porto to the world. Letters from architects and close collaborators open the book to the relationships and encounters that have shaped OODA, bringing their voices and perspectives into its narrative. A few passages from these letters introduce the voices behind them. The presentation is followed by a conversation with some of the voices in the book, on the different ways of seeing and making architecture.

‘That moment when an architect stops presenting and starts thinking out loud, that's where you actually meet the project.’ After working in London, Paris, and New York, @ThomasColdefy established @Coldefy.fr with Isabel Van Haute in 2006 in Lille. Combining conceptual clarity with architectural expression, Thomas has spearheaded some of Coldefy’s most prestigious projects, including the France Pavilion at the 2025 Osaka Expo, a collaborative proposal to renovate the European Parliament in Brussels, and the winning design for the National Pulse Memorial & Museum in Miami. This year, he joins the #WAF jury in Fort Lauderdale – we asked him about the festival, why it’s important and how entrants can stand out during their crits. Swipe left to read more!

Celebrating the 20th anniversary of @coldefy.fr at Maison Delcourt, the Richard Neutra villa in Lille. The modernist house hosted an exhibition of @coldefy.fr’s work, spanning decades, geographies, scales and typologies. And presented the perfect chance to explore the dreamy 1960s interiors…. Merci!

🥲 #Architecture #VillaNeutra #RichardNeutra #Architecte #ArchitectureLovers
