Traveling the world has changed me more than I could’ve imagined.

There’s something about being exposed to different cultures, perspectives, religious and spiritual beliefs, music, food, etc, that shapes you as a person in ways you wouldn’t achieve if you stayed in your hometown your whole life.

If you have the opportunity to travel in your life, for work, vacation, adventure, whatever. Saying yes to that experience could transform you into a different person.

Better yet, it could inspire you to do something greater with your life than you otherwise would have.

I wouldn’t be who I am today without the travels around the world I’ve said yes to✈️

The path to becoming someone that you love, you respect, you look in the mirror and admire…is full of challenges.

I view these challenges as initiations. Opportunities to grow, and become something more than I was before.

Lately I’ve been reflecting on how much I’ve grown and changed this year, on who I’ve become through the initiations this year has brought. My journey as a creative, an artist.

This year has taken me through moments that have forced me to level up, and become more. Wouldn’t have it any other way.

Become someone you respect.

Fit for Service recap…

For years now I’ve had friends associated with fit for service.

I joined myself, went to the Sedona Summit, and even shared some live music on the masterpiece of a stage they built there.

Incredible community. I grew some friendships I already had, and met some new people I’ve now traveled the world with.

Seeing @brentpella and @truejoshuadraper do their thing live was a real highlight. World class.

Loved being apart of this, and playing live for this huge family.

Appreciate yall✌️ @fitforservice @aubreymarcus

@envisionfestival is now an annual ceremony🙏 a meeting ground with humans that can bring their most authentic expressions, on a soul level, to party hard and also…commune in a way that allows for the ripple of this junction point to create life long connections and experiences that can relight hope along someone’s path. This is what it did for me.

Some reminder’s that came through:
- new experiences heal and rewrite the past
- withholding love, and more so, my expression of love in my own flare of connection, will make me pessimistic and resentful towards life. No bueno❌
- transparency = soulful connections = life expanding experiences
Especially in conversations. More people are yearning for a deeper connection. Real conversations to be seen in their pain, joy and what is alive in US.
- Non verbal or somatic communication is powerful. How I move is my truth. How I dance is my truth. The conversations that are held with just my eyes, are palpable.
- (Mudíta = I love watching my friends succeed) and will continue to build myself in all regards so that I can invest into them in every way I can.
- Acceptance of the moment. Letting go of trying to put life or people in boxes or so much pressure on a specific moment to be something else, than what it is. Create with what is now, it will soon change.

Thank you to some of the performers: @savejlife @dirtwire @clozeeofficial @dailybreadmusic @habitaatmusic @saturnasound @apechimba ⬇️

Your music moves my body and allows me to explore this vast universe within and around me. Inspiring my life to expand in ways that your medicine can only provide. I pray for continuous inspiration to move you and a deep level of trust within to allow its birth. I pray for the resources and connections to flow to you for the complete fulfillment of your art🙏
