Family & Loyalty
TW- deceased pets & also spiders
We lost a real one this year. Haven’t really talked about it. But we keep shining, we keep smiling, we keep our heads up for those who will come after us and for those we will leave behind. We stay strong to give our family- no matter who that is- the best life we can while we stay breathing.
“I hope to heal the destitute before I leave this vestibule
Between the heavens and the seven circles
Where some dead homies maybe rest, I plan to resurrect a few-
I press the truth against the neck of devils
Look at the youth just like a precious pebble
Meant to be protected,” -J Cole

Artist Spotlight: Mythist

After more than a decade of making music, Mythist is stepping into a new chapter, bringing years of experience across guitar, piano, drums, and production into a new future bass direction.

It’s always a good time to get all of the grime off of your roof. We have various tools, including pressure, washer, surface cleaner, and good old-fashioned elbow grease to get that gross grime off of the roof. It was so satisfying to see the before, and after affect so instantly.

Can you think of somewhere in your house that could use a good pressure washing? Feel free to give us a call or book an estimate at fircresthandyman.com.

Big shoutout to @hootenanny_campout for hosting us a few weekends back, we had a lot of fun to the detriment and mercy of everyone else.

We’ll be taking a short hiatus for the next couple weeks before we start pretending to take ourselves seriously and record an album.

Send a DM if you’d like a two song sampler of what’s to come from a gig we did a few months ago.

While festival szn might be over now, I leave it with my cup overflowing knowing life is good, and feeling so blessed to have been able to share it with the most amazing human beings.

It might sound lame, but raving has truly changed my life:
I’m more confident in my body.
I show up and dance, and don’t care how silly I look; I’m just there to have a blast.
I’m more present and so happy to be living in the moment.
I’ve realized you don’t have to be fucked up and blacked out to have a good time, and honestly can have an even better time when you aren’t.
I’ve learned that sometimes strangers can be the family you didn’t know you needed and that life will bring the best people into your life if you let it.

I’m sure there’s more but I’ll wrap up by saying that if you’ve been thinking about doing something outside your comfort zone, do it. Whatever that thing is. You only get one life to live, so make each moment count🌻🦋🍄👽🕺
