We cannot WAIT to watch these films…and now, we’re looking for the next wave. 🌊 Our six-month mentorship and development program is designed for BC-based writers, directors, and creative producers developing their first or second feature film. If you’ve got a project with ambition and a team ready to put in the work, we’d love to hear from you! The future of film is being built right here in BC. Come help shape it. Inclusive leadership isn’t just a buzzword — it’s a skillset. In this workshop, Natasha Tony (@elevateinclusion) will lead us in exploring what inclusive leadership actually looks like in practice: how to lead teams where people feel respected, heard, and able to contribute their best work. Together we’ll unpack the real value of these skills — stronger collaboration, healthier creative environments, and teams that are more innovative, resilient, and productive. Whether you’re a director, producer, writer, or creative lead, the ability to build inclusive spaces is quickly becoming one of the most important leadership skills in our industry. Seats are very limited for this session. RSVP at the link in bio to secure your spot. inclusive leadership, creative leadership, film leadership, collaboration, leadership skills, film workshops, filmmaking community, BC filmmakers, Vancouver film, professional development
