One of the most important aspects I’ve recently learned, is the power and necessity of community.

Not just any community.

A SUPPORTIVE community.

Isolation can grab ahold of you and create bondage like you’ve never known before.

Be present and mindful with where you are, what you are feeling, and how honest you need to be with yourself, to truly understand what you need - because you likely won’t ask for it.

Look for those who are like minded, valued, and trustworthy. They will be there on the days when you feel like pushing everyone away…..

Why? Because they get it.

Happy #FloristFriday and #FeatureFriday! I’m so excited to publish my latest Travel and Write Today Interview with Jenn Kennedy - founder of Emerald Pine Collective, a self-published author, blog writer, and my former HR colleague! Jenn talks about what inspired her to start her own business, her favorite places in North Carolina, and her favorite spots to catch a sunrise. She also shares words of wisdom for aspiring entrepreneurs. Check out our interview (link in bio/IG story), check out her website, and give Jenn a follow @emeraldpinecollective! 💐 🌺 🌸

I am calling you out today for Monday Goals!

Do The Work.

Those goals you set are amazing and important and reaching them will bless you and those around you!

But they will not magically happen in their own 🦄. You need to put in the time and effort required and do the actual work. 💪

I know it can be scary and you are delaying that one task because you are not sure (we all have those and they are never as bad as they seem), but at the risk of selling shoes, Just Do It! Your work is worth it and it gives you power and creates momentum to reach your goals. 🙌

What work are you going to do this week to reach your goals?

*Mine is in the comments. Cannot wait to hear yours and cheer for you!

I've spent the last year working so intentionally to experience growth and fruit in my motherhood, health, relationships & business! I wanted to celebrate my girlfriends BIG on my birthday and I'm so grateful that so many incredible vendors contributed their talents to make this brunch a success 🤍

As a thank you to all the awesome mom's out there, we will be giving away 2 beautiful flower arrangements to celebrate Mother's day this weekend.

If you have been a patient of mine this year, are a mom, and local to the Fuquay area, you will be automatically entered into this giveaway and I will deliver the flowers to you myself 😀

Keep an eye on your Instagram and texts to see if you are the winner this weekend. Just a small way to thank all of you for what you do everyday ❤️🌸
