The 2026 Mount Eliza Art & Design Show is coming together! 🎨

This weekend, our amazing volunteers rolled up their sleeves to transform the MENPS hall into a gallery space. A huge thanks to everyone who chipped in to help - we couldn’t do it without you!

Today 380+ artworks and all the Gallery Shop products were delivered - thank you to every artist and maker for trusting us with your pieces. They’re in safe hands, and our team will continue to hang artwork and stock the Gallery Shop all week.

It’s looking very special, and we can’t wait to welcome you in.

🎟 Opening Night is just days away, and ticket sales will close soon! Grab yours at the link in our bio, and join us next Friday 23 October from 7pm.

Meet Collette Quinlan @collettequinlanart , one of the artists exhibiting in Unbound 2026.

Irish-born and Melbourne-based, Collette grew up in a family of makers, where working with your hands was simply part of everyday life.

After almost two decades working in design, and surviving life-threatening heart surgery in 2025, she returned to painting with a new urgency.

Working with acrylic, charcoal, oil stick and textured materials, Collette builds, buries, scrapes and exposes layers inspired by stone, bark, earth and surfaces changed by time.

Her paintings become physical records of feeling — exploring what we hold onto, what we let go, and what remains.

Come and discover Collette’s work as part of Unbound 2026.

Showing until Sunday 11 October
Gallery Unbound, Northcote
