What is @1stphorm and why are you apart of it? This business is a nutritional and supplement company. But… it’s more than that. It’s a movement. A movement to help change the world one person, one day at a time. Approximately 70% of the American population is morbidly obese. We find the easy way out. We have no energy. We eat ultra-processed crap food. We don’t prioritize our heath because we have no time, use our kids as an excuse, or whatever other excuse we have. It’s not the standard us Americans need to live by. We should look forward to doing hard things, have high standards, and to thrive in this thing called life. That’s why I am apart of 1st phorm. The people that you surround yourself with truly make a difference and i’m blessed that I am apart of it 🙏🏽 The amount of gratitude I have to finally be able to pull the trigger after FOUR YEARS to bring the whole family out to their first Summer Smash experience was amazing! My wife can attest that I was nervous, even having second thoughts, but after this experience I can say it was 1000000% WORTH IT! The people make the party and we definitely hold that standard HIGH! My first Summer Smash is one for the books! ❤️🤍💙 There’s something different but magical about being in a space where excellence is the standard and growth is the goal. Where discipline, consistency, and effort drive results in all aspects of life. Summer Smash 2025 was more than just an event! It was a reminder of what’s possible when you surround yourself with people who push limits, live with purpose, and lead with heart. I walked away feeling recharged and inspired. 
This weekend reminded me why we do what we do: elevate ourselves, uplift others, and build something that lasts. Grateful for the experience, the connections, and the energy.
