Thrilled to announce the lineup for the 7th meeting of The Boston Writer’s Salon. October 14th from 6pm-9pm (ending as always with an open mic which is first come first serve with a clipboard signup at the door.)

Hosting this event (which has truly turned into a community) is the biggest honor of my life. People return to these events. People read again and again. They make friends. I have to pinchhh myself. In a time where community is so needed, a time where are voices need to be heard…. We have created a community and you can do just that.

Come join us October 14th if you feel so called. ✨ Everyone is welcome. I leave space at the for those who feel comfortable to come from the crowd and read.

The event is free but you have to reserve a space at the link in my 🔗 🌲 out of respect for the restaurant @seahag02138 which kindly offers us their space every second Wednesday monthly.

This morning, I hosted my first Studio Networking Group!!! For years, I’ve dreamed of introducing all the amazing people I’ve photographed to each other—and this morning, that dream came true! Now that I’ve settled into my new photo studio (and have enough chairs!) I will be hosting monthly networking groups for my clients, to build professional and personal connections, and help grow our referral networks!

At this morning’s meet up, everyone had a chance to introduce themselves and their work, and also share a little about their personal passions. I was so surprised at how many common connections people had, both professionally and personally!

If you are an already-existed client, or if I’ve photographed for your magazine assignments, you are invited to the monthly networking meet up! I will share the July meet up in my monthly email blast on the 1st of July. Space is limited—please check the email that morning and RSVP ASAP to reserve your spot!

Happy Planksgiving everyone!!! We are so grateful to have celebrated our annual tradition for the 8th straight year, with funds going straight to our Watch City Community Boxing non-profit. WCCB provides free boxing classes to all middle school and high school aged children in Waltham and the surrounding communities. We’re so grateful to be able to provide for our city, and share the gym with those that deserve it most.
