It’s our last month outside! 😭

Join us for these last few weeks of classes outside by the river. Pretty sure we are the only outdoor program left in Philly that continues into October… we just love it too much and we never want it to end!

Weekday class times on Tuesdays and Thursday now starting at 5:30pm to stay with the sun going down earlier and not keeping you out in the dark! Our last class will be Sunday, October 25th. Come join us while you still can! It’s been a fabulous season and we are so grateful for this beautiful community. ✨

Hey out there! 👋

A big warm welcome if you’re new here, we are so excited you found us! And a big virtual hug to all our wonderful community. We are Philly River Flow, a donation based Outdoor Yoga Program on the beautiful banks of the Schuylkill River in the heart of Philadelphia.

We are all about community, and we love bringing people together to feel like there is a place where they belong, feel welcome and can maybe even leave with some new friends.

“Vinyasa” means “to place in a special way.” As we link movement with breath, we move into flow. Our all levels flow style classes allow each teacher on our team to express the practice in their own unique way, which is awesome! We are super proud of the diverse offerings we are able to provide through our experienced teaching team.

Philly River Flow just celebrated its 2 year anniversary at the end of July! 🥳 We are so excited to be here and continue to offer what we love to do each week. It’s because of you all and our friends @schuylkillbanks that take such great care of our outdoor home on the grass beside the river, that we are here. 🌳🌱

September is here, which is WILD!

We are embracing it and excited to keep practicing yoga with you outside for as long as we can! (Which ends up going until the 3rd or so week of October, if the weather is kind to us.) 🤞

Please note! There is a TIME CHANGE to our weekday classes, which will now begin at 6pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays as we shift with Mother Nature and the sun going down a little earlier each day this month. Weekend classes remain the same starting at 10am on Saturday and Sunday.

Happy July friends!

We are back to our regularly scheduled programming for the rest of the summer. 5pms may come back in September, but for now we’re sticking with our tried and true T/TH 6:30pm and Sat/Sun 10am.

This week is cooler! Watch our stories to check in about classes happening, if we have enough folks signed up we’ll keep classes on and take it under the Walnut Street bridge if there is chance of a sprinkle. Summer rain is kind of amazing anyway, the smell of the air; trees, grass really is a full sensory summer experience. Highly recommend embracing it!

See you out there for some good energy flows together. All levels vinyass flow, bring your mat, water, friends and family. Register on eventbrite beforehand so we know you’re coming.
