This may or may not be accurate for everyone, but it's true for someone.
"Busy" is an understatement.

I can't help with the end of the year "to-dos", but I can help after baby arrives by:
- Helping with chores
- Taking care of baby overnight, and
- Providing trusted resources to help your decision making

I've still got some space for families in November and December and I'm also already having consultations for the new year. Contact me to schedule a discovery call.

You don’t have to do motherhood alone.

Some of the most powerful moms I know aren’t the loudest or the most “put together”…
They’re the ones who notice the new mom.
The quiet mom.
The one wondering if she fits.

And they say, “hey, you belong here too.”

That’s the kind of village we’re building.
One where you can show up exactly as you are. Messy bun, tired eyes, baby in tow, & still feel seen, supported, and welcomed.

If you’ve been looking for your people… this is your sign 🤍

Come find your village.

It's not just about getting a good night's sleep. It's about restorative rest throughout the day and night.

The less you have to do, the more you can rest, eat, feed, heal, and cuddle.

If less laundry sounds like a postpartum dream, let's chat about overnight support and how I can help you.

This class is for ALL trimesters and it’s the perfect blend of cardio + strength + stability + balance ✅

We finish with gentle stretching + a little meditation (aka the exhale we all need) ✨
