6 months ago, I enrolled Aria into one of the best dance schools around — and I couldn’t be more impressed by the mentors and the positive influence they have on the kids.

Last night’s @committedclothingcompany annual performance left me so proud. Watching Aria on stage, growing in confidence and passion, was everything.

So grateful for the dedication and heart that goes into shaping these young dancers. ✨

Education is the most powerful tool we can teach our children to help change the world for the better.

Every word we speak and action we take teaches our children something.
Let’s teach them to lead with compassion, think critically, and care deeply.

Let’s encourage them to show us who they are and what makes them feel free and happy. Once we have that gem of knowledge, we can guide and support them even more.

Education isn’t just books and tests. It’s the values we live and pass on. Let’s raise a generation that knows empathy, truth, and justice.

There was something so powerful about getting our dancers to move freely around exam tables this evening! Yes exams can show results academically, however watching how young people move and interact with one another so positively makes you is one of the most positive results of what it is to be human ✌🏼❤️ 🌍

Half Term competition prep for these guys! It’s late on a Thursday, it’s hot in the studio, some of them are prepping for exams and yet they all came with a great attitude, smiles on their faces and loads of joy to spread!!
We LOVE you all and feel so grateful for our dance family.
A few more weeks of graft and grit and we will be competition ready!
Sleep well everyone ✌🏼 ❤️

#COMMITTED Dance Company 2024 Showcase Complete!!

What an epic couple of days we’ve had performing our annual show. To say we are proud of you all is a HUUUUGE understatement! Each and every one of you danced your hearts out with smiles on your faces. It’s the time of year where all of your loved ones get to see the hard work and effort you put into learning your routines, and what a celebration it was!! To see you all look out for one another and support each other during the rehearsals and shows is a real insight into the wonderful young people you are. We have ‘role modelling’ at its finest and created a dance family that we all cherish and adore no matter who you are or where you come from.
It’s not just about the dance, although that’s the passion we share.
It’s about the community, respect, strength and love we have for each other! Together we make magic happen!

Thank you for all of the continued support shown by the families and people that help us throughout the year. We couldn’t do it without you.

We already know 2025 is going to be even bigger and better with the plans we have! On top of that, celebrating that we will be teaming up with and supporting @smartphonefreechildhood is something super exciting!

From the bottom of our hearts THANK YOU 🌍 ❤️

And that’s a wrap on my 2024 swimming challenges, Gosport to The Isle of Wight, battled through todays swim as kept getting cramp in my calves but completed it thanks to my guided kayaker Liz (thank you) Solent Swim - Support team, I know the teams who are all swimming the Solent this weekend have raised even more money for Aspire Charity, well done to everyone today and good luck to all the swimmers tomorrow.

What an epic 2024 it’s been, I truly feel blessed to have been able to take part in some amazing challenges this year. The people I’ve met through taking part will be friends for life as physical challenges really do bring you closer together. I can’t thank Aspire for everything they’ve done, and continue to do for people with Spinal Cord issues, you truly do change peoples lives.

Thanks to @committedclothingcompany and @notonyourtod for keeping me cozy throughout 🙏❤️ and for everything you both do ❤️

I can’t thank you all enough for the support and generosity you shown this year, we have raised such an incredible amount and I know it will help change so many lives - My Name’5 Doddie Foundation.

A little rest now ha ha and see what 2025 brings 🏊‍♀️☀️🥂❤️
