Sometimes I hear that and I roll my eyes cuz the reality is: often I don’t feel resourced enough to actually pause. It’s safer to keep going and live off fumes. If this is you, come see me this weekend. I’ll sort you out.

1. Saturday at 222 Geary for a 90 minute restorative sound bath with hands on assists from @fitnesswithfaith 3-4:30 pm (sliding scale DM me)

3. Sunday at @commonground.laura for a 90 minute restorative sound bath with a nourishing snack afterwards 4-6 pm

It’s a fallacy to believe you need to do everything on your own, it’s much sweeter to show up at 3%, don’t talk to anyone, walk home and then go straight to sleep (tis the season, you’re not alone in feeling depleted, I swear)

FALL EQUINOX: REST & SOUND
with Tash Francesca
Sunday September 27th 4-6pm at Common Ground Studio (Guelph)
$ click link for pricing options

Join Tash for a soothing afternoon of rejuvenating rest. The fall equinox ushers in the upcoming season, a shift in energy and an increased expectation from ourselves and others. All of this causing a misalignment, restlessness, stress and all of it disconnecting you away from the sensations of your body.

So why not make time for a tender afternoon marking the official shift in season for the Fall Equinox with a 90min restorative sound bath followed by 30mins to integrate & refuel with tea & a warm bite. We’ll settle in restorative shapes while cocooned in ambient, live acoustic sounds of the gong, many different chimes and drums that will gently usher your mind to a peaceful quiet.

Give yourself the peace of mind that is found in the pockets of your restorative practice, join us for an afternoon of rest.
