As this new year begins, I’ve been reflecting on how much has shifted in my practice and in the ecosystems that shape my work. 2025 was a year of deepening into community, into process, into queer ecologies and into the slow work of healing amongst a flurry of exhibitions.

In 2025 I had a solo show at a university, participated in my first museum show, was included in 10 group shows, gave 5 artist talks, completed 1 residency and began a studio program at EFA. Most of this occurred while I was undergoing voice and swallow therapy following the removal of part of a muscle in my throat. It’s been a wild ride! Thank you for witnessing, supporting and weathering alongside me.
