**One-to-One Pilates: 1-1 Apparatus sessions

1-1 session we may move across Mat, Cadillac, Tower, Reformer, and Wunda Chair, each bringing something different — resistance work, supported stretching and alignment, and focused balance and strength.

Because it's just the two of us, everything is shaped around your body and how you're feeling that day. Nothing is one-size-fits-all.

These sessions are £55 and take place at Georgia Vaines Pilates Studio in Exeter.

Runners Network: An Evening of Strength, Stability & Connection

What a jam-packed evening we had with the Runners Network! Whether you're pounding pavement, training for your next race, or simply want to walk and run with more ease, this session was all about building the full-body foundation that makes movement feel better.

We dove into strength, stability, and balance — the three pillars that keep runners resilient and moving well. Using resistance bands, we explored directional movements to build strength through the planes runners actually move in, not just forward and back. We brought in Pilates props to find scapular support, helping create a strong, stable upper body that holds you up mile after mile. And we grounded it all with proprioceptive foot work — really feeling into the feet and finding that connection with the ground that so many of us lose touch with.

These aren't just runner drills — they're for anyone who wants to move through life with more awareness, support, and ease, whether that's on a run, a walk, or just day to day.

Thank you to everyone who came out and moved with us. Next one is 4th Sept ...info incoming soon follow @leanneaverypt for more updates for the next Runners Network
