A little bar wisdom from our own @dannygotdonuts. 🍸

Danny chatted with @usatoday about making a better gin & tonic and with @mashedfood about all things bourbon.

Khachapuri is Georgia’s beloved cheese-filled bread, with different regional variations, from our boat-shaped loaves topped with egg, cheese, butter and Zatar to special versions made for welcoming guests.

On a recent trip to Georgia, we had the honor of learning how to make Christmas khachapuri from local women who have carried this tradition through generations.

At Compass Rose, travel and the traditions we discover along the way inspire so much of what we do. Come enjoy our own cheesy, buttery khachapuri made fresh every day.
