We talk a lot about vulnerability and the importance of it in the beauty industry, on social media, in relationships, etc. However, vulnerability is nothing without authenticity. We can talk the talk, but we have to do the work to walk the walk.. to find out who we actually are. It's not easy and depending on your upbringing or background, it can be even harder to share yourself without unsolicited judgment.

As your hosts, we will continue to push ourselves to be a representation of authentic vulnerability and to invite guests on who embody this. We are not about performative vulnerability for clicks or views. We are here to discern what feels comfortably and respectfully vulnerable to share with the world and do exactly that through ourselves and our guests.

Hello! Join me and @completecoachingwithkrystal Friday at 4pm PST here oh IG live to talk about the anxious - avoidant trap.

Inner child wounding can lead us toward toxic people and relationships that feel all too familiar.

Avoidant and anxious attachers seem to attract each other like moths to a flame. Again and again- until we become conscious of the inner child wounds leading us to do so!

Our childhood unmet needs and desires project from the subconscious out into the world hoping for opportunity to repair.

Instead because this happens unconsciously, we find ourselves in the same trap and toxic patterns again and again.

My inner child wounds led me to choosing toxic men who needed healing. Until I said NO MORE and began to heal the parts of self that felt undeserving of healthy love (More on that later this week.)
