Meet the woman leading our movement session this Saturday, Oratiloe Matla. 💙

"I believe in movement that liberates. Movement that honours each breath. Movement that meets you where you are."

Your body has been keeping the score whilst your mind has been too busy to listen. On Saturday, Ora is guiding us through gentle movement and grounding for women who've been holding too much for too long.

Ora's approach is simple: come as you are. No expectations. No pressure. Just space to tune in, release what you've been carrying, and participate in shared healing.

If your body has been trying to tell you something you haven't had time to hear, Saturday is your chance to finally listen.

Saturday 29 November | 1pm-4pm | Nuru House Studio
