This is why you train.

Not for the mirror. Not for the medal.
For the moments where all they need is you present, steady and there.

Show up for yourself so you can show up for them.

Father first. Athlete always. @conner.macphee

They’re not watching the scoreboard.
They’re watching you.

How you handle the hard reps. How you show up when no one’s clapping. How you show up for them even when you’re running on empty.

That’s the legacy. Not what you leave behind — what they see while you’re moving.

Father Fortified. Built for the men who understand the assignment.

We never went quiet. We went to work.

For the fathers who train with purpose, lead from the front, and carry what matters most.

Built in silence. Ready to rise.

Lead Your Legacy.

I’m super excited that the 2026 RACETEAM is underway for the season. With 5 athletes over 4-months, we’ll dive deep into endurance performance and personal discovery through a shared experience. Triathlon offers a unique challenge, and the connection, accountability, and inspiration provide fertile ground for a deep transformation. Part of the fun for me as well is creating the racing team graphics each year for our content, race kits and training gear. I’m grateful for the support of our partners and excited to see what unfolds on our journey to racing @ironman 70.3 Oregon

This has been an incredible year of challenge, growth and embodiment across the board, and in many ways the culmination was the @mindfulenduranceprogram RACETEAM completing our 4-month journey with @ironmantri 70.3 La Quinta this month. It was a special program and experience for me personally, I learned so much, fell in love with swimming and stepped deeper into acceptance and letting go.

The race itself was a success after setting the goal of sub-5 hours, which felt ambitious, my previous PR being 5:21. But things came together, trusted the program and my body and ended up finishing in 4:54, besting my times in all disciplines and certainly learning to fuel and recover better alone the way, finding ways to minimize stress and enjoy the process.

So grateful for my brothers @conner.macphee @elliotlow_ @lukefalcone for the inspiration, accountability and trust 🙏🏼❤️

Thank you to @nataliemattozzi for your continued support of my journey and our family 🤗 ❤️

Thank you to the brands that supported this vision of bringing endurance sport and spiritual evolution together in a special way @on @2xu @maurten_official @drinkag1 @hyperice @oakley @movelabofficial

A week ago, the @mindfulenduranceprogram Racing Team traveled to the desert once more for the finale of our 4-month journey. @ironmantri 70.3 La Quinta has been our 'A-race to Self' since coming together, the catalyst for evolution, exploration, and performance. We've shared ups and downs, challenges and victories, becoming brothers, connecting our families, and pushing our bodies through our shared experience.

The race was a success for the team, everyone hitting their goals and all four athletes under the 5-hour mark, with @conner.macphee getting on the podium in a very competitive race. I am so proud of each man, and myself, and excited to share this short film capturing the energy, nerves and excitement for the race.

Thanks to our 2025 partners @on @2xu @drinkag1 @maurten_official @oakley_us @movelabla @orcasportswear @hyperice

The 2026 RACETEAM program is set for March to July of next year! Please DM if you're interested in this epic experience.
