Forget that whole “I’ve been building something quietly” hook. 🙅🏽‍♀️❌

I’ve been building something VERY LOUDLY & very intentionally, very much so in community! 🗣️🚨

🛟 I’ve assembled reliable & trusted business voices.

🛟 I’ve made partnerships with our nations leading financial institutions.

🛟 I’ve established and tested an environment designed to do for us what others can’t.

The target isn’t *just* success or acknowledgment, or money or respect.

Because the truth is with all of our years in business we’ve had that.

The target is something we all crave but never really had a system to get.

The target is STABILITY. ⚓️

Simply owning a business stopped being the trophy a long time ago.

We don’t just want to do the work.

We want the security of a salary provided by our business.

There is a way to get it & we structured it inside of the SOS Challenge.

3 waves. 🌊🌊🌊
30 days.

On the other side is your full financial recovery.

Say hello to our Lifeguards. We have a combined 97 years of business experience.

We’re all showing up to impart wisdom so as you navigate your waves you see real examples of women who’ve paid down debt, traveled the world, raised kids, built the businesses and lived to tell the story.

The SOS CHALLENGE is now open. 🆘

Dm the word SOS to get the link & today’s special checkout code.

There’s a life jacket waiting for you. 🛟

I don’t play by the rules and neither should you!

Cause who would’ve thought a college drop out would be teaching at UC Berkeley???

The craziest part of this is High School Me was willing to go thousands of dollars into debt to attend and was so disappointed when I got rejected

Years later, I’m walking on the campus as an instructor with a 5 figure check 🤭

God’s timing is the greatest

Now go pitch yourself for something and let that imposter syndrome go!!!

Here’s the thing… we all wanted be accepted.
We all want to be included.
We all want to be apart of a community- just like us.
We all want to be surrounded by people who can identify your struggles without explaining.

Well @thetalltour did all of that for me and more. It was over 1500+ people just like me. I meet up with my girls @lonlon42 @mrstoril and my other basketball crew. Then ended up running into @consciousconsulting @janhou2you and so many other new friends.

It was constant compliments, speaking, high fives, and the casual clothing exchange. I was in heaven.

This is my tribe!!
This is my community!!!
I felt short and average height for one night!!!!

Most people are trying to build businesses by copying someone else’s blueprint… instead of building around their actual superpower. 👀

In this throwback conversation from episode 137 with @consciousconsulting , we talked about the difference between being a “painkiller” vs. a “vitamin” in business and why the businesses that truly grow solve real problems people are willing to pay for NOW.

This episode is for:
• Entrepreneurs trying to find their lane
• Creators struggling to stand out
• People sitting on gifts they haven’t monetized yet
• Anyone ready to stop playing small in business

Your superpower isn’t random.
Your experiences, struggles, personality, and skills are all clues to the business you’re supposed to build.

The question is:
Are you creating something people casually like… or something they genuinely NEED?

This year tested so many of us in ways we never expected.
There were moments of uncertainty, moments of loss, moments where the future felt heavy.

And still, here we are.

Still standing.
Still building.
Still believing.

Because our bounce back was never meant to happen alone.

While every bounce back is personal, it is not experienced in isolation.
It happens in community.
It happens when we choose each other.
It happens when we build systems that support us before we are in crisis.

That is why we are activating the Bounce Back Marketplace.
Not just to highlight Black women owned businesses, but to build the infrastructure that circulates business saving capital to us, by us, before it is needed.

As we close out this season, we are declaring what comes next.
A stronger economy.
A visible marketplace.
A collective bounce back.

In Q1 2026, we are activating live social selling events so Black women owned businesses can be seen, supported, and sustained through this moment and the next.

Are you ready to bounce back with us?

Drop a 💪🏾 if you are in.
Tag a sister who needs to be here too.

History will remember this moment.

Not for the boycott…
But for what Black women BUILT after it.

A marketplace.
A pledge.
A council of women who refused to let this moment fade quietly.

We’re not waiting for recognition.
We’re building our own legacy in real time.
