Knowing Dad, he’s already made himself right at home and found his way into Roy Orbison and Elvis’s circle 🤍

First grand slam win at the AO Juniors this year. So grateful to have @toddlangman @mousebackwell and @constance29 court side. Thanks also to @tennisaustralia for the support. Experiences like this push me to keep playing, keep training, keep working hard.

Y-Care is for anyone in their 20s-30’s caring for a parent with dementia and looking for a space to talk about it openly (and sometimes even laugh about the chaos).

It’s not therapy. It’s community.

A place to meet people who get your daily reality, share experiences, and make all of this feel a bit lighter.

Our next meetup is in January - low-key, welcoming, and a great way to start the year with people who understand your world.

@nplpickleball S4 R2 for our Canberra Comets & ACT Aggies ☄️🍃

Everytime we travel as a squad we want it to be more than Pickleball… It’s not easy getting some footage when you are competing but we got lots of content pre & post round… 🙌

Thank you @emporfiri for reserving - Emily is an NPL OG leading her team to a National silver in Season 1.

Our Canberra players will be running it back in a couple of weeks… A couple days for the body to recover and back on the training court for one last push!

NPL S4 Round 1 Fun🏝️ We are proud to get two Canberra-based teams in the @nplpickleball NSW D2 Conference and although we have to travel I thought it would be a good oppourtunity to do more than just rock up and compete on game day.

We want to set a fun-professional travelling culture for our ACT representatives and strengthen the link between ACT and the rest of Australia🦘

Big thanks to the NPL team who work closely with us to develop pathways for the Canberra community. Thank you to @milliesmythe.pickle and @ofrclub for giving us a chance to train and warm up.

Congrats to @trexylexy & @sammy_jammy23 for making their NPL Debut along with @dompfy for stepping in as an emergency sub mid-match.

We cannot wait for Round ✌️ mid-October💚
