A sunday evening sitting and feeling my insides all wholesome after getting the opportunity to hold space for some amazing beings who came and moved while Emanuel played and supported the movement, meditation and space with ambient sounds and silence.
Thank you @thelivingroomyogaschool for the space.
The warmer autumn weather meant a slight change in the poses that were explored.
Stay tuned for more amazing journeys to be experienced. I have something exciting in the works for the second half of this year. .
Emanuel will be playing at the Byron Spirit festival this weekend. As well as one of my teachers @katiemanitsas who will be teaching some classes. If you are going be sure to check them out.
Namaste,
Shivani

'True yoga is not about the shape of the body but the shape of your life. Yoga is not to be performed. Yoga is to be lived. Yoga doesn’t care about what you have been, yoga cares about the person you are becoming. Yoga is designed for a vast and profound purpose. And for it to be truly called yoga, its essence must be embodied'

Thank you to all that came yesterday we explored the body thru some yin and ended with some yoga nidra. Thank you also to @liliansutila and Anita, @flexbodyau for your support in my yin journey (and for the bolsters 😆) amd Amanda from Elysian for the beautiful space to hold this. Look out for more explorative workshops coming soon.
