I’m actually crying writing this 😭 After 3 years of working with my best friend @biancaffoley, I have decided to step away from the @sustainablyinfluenced podcast and leave it in Bianca’s beyond capable hands. We have spent the last 3 years building the most incredible brand together and I have had an insane amount of fun along the way. We’ve worked with our favourite brands, met some truly inspiring people and have been introduced to so much good in the world through this podcast. In 2023 my focus will be on SevenSix, building the business and my team and unfortunately I just couldn’t commit to both. I’m so excited to listen to the podcast every week and cheer from the sidelines. I know I’m bias, but it is one of the best podcasts out there. You can listen to our farewell episode over on Spotify, Apple Podcasts and wherever you listen to you podcasts today. Listen… I was a couple days old that there were co-working spaces which are Black-owned in Europe, let alone the UK. To my delight there is a Black-Owned co-working space in the heart of Brixton 🇯🇲🌍🇬🇧 @impactbrixton Let me tell you this is not any ordinary space, it has ample of space to work from. It has 1-2-1 rooms, podcast rooms and content creation room to hire. Moveover, it has an event space and bar 🍹. The decor and ambiance got me in awe. I have worked in a lot of co-working spaces and the atmosphere is dead💀- also sterile and baron- but they want to charge high prices for a little desk and some air 🤷🏾‍♀️ This place has soul (not because just it Black-owned)- because you tell that management has put a lot of thought to make the co-working space pleasant and feel like a community. It has a human touch👌🏾It makes you inspired to chase your dreams and reach your goals. You can even cook food in the space and save your coins 🪙💳💷 The people are super friendly and welcoming, It is in the heart of Brixton. Once my contract/membership lapses of where I’m at. I’m going to seriously consider to become a member. Support not because it is Black-Owned but because they have an amazing co-working space and quality services/amenities. #co-working #blackowned #blackwork #blackexcellence
