There is something so special about being in a room full of women who are passionate about what they do, willing to share what they’ve learned, and genuinely excited to connect and support one another.

I’ll never pass up an opportunity to talk about @thevinefoundationnwfl and the heart behind what we’re building. Every conversation, every connection, and every room like this reminds me just how much can happen when women choose community over competition.

So grateful for the connections made and the conversations that are only just beginning. 🤍

Color and personality: The perfect description for this branding shoot at @209.main in Destin with the ladies of @contractherconnect & @contractorsconnectemeraldcoast.

If you haven’t checked out this furniture store yet, it’s so cool. Unexpectedly colorful, design forward, and with so many fun corners for us to get creative with.

Thank you so much to Eva for graciously allowing us to photograph in her beautiful space.

I absolutely loved how this shoot turned out and how much personality we were able to bring into these photos.

Branding photos should feel like You! Think of them as an investment into your business, and not just a regular photo shoot. 📸

Beautiful Superwomen, 🤍

I have been thinking about all of you since Built to Lead and wanted to send a heartfelt thank-you. The day was filled with so much reflection, laughter, connection, and beautiful energy, and I am deeply grateful to every woman who shared that room with us. I hope you left feeling encouraged, connected, and, most importantly, seeing yourself a little more clearly.

I created a short note for you as a small thank-you and continuation of the conversation we began together.

In addition to the journal you received, I also created a simpler and complimentary Take the Cape Off Reflection Guide. If the journal feels a little intimidating, this is a beautiful place to start. Spend a little time with it, and if it speaks to you, share it with another woman who may need that same invitation to pause and reflect. You can find the link in my bio.

With so much love, respect, and grace,
Rosa ✨

Queridas Supermujeres, 🤍

Rosa ✨

The Visionary Luncheon is coming together because of people and businesses who believe in what The Vine Foundation is building, and I’m incredibly grateful for each of them.

A huge thank you to ContractHER Connect, York Property Group, Mingle 30A, Rosita’s Design Adventures, and Super Women Cry Too for supporting this luncheon and helping make this day possible.

As a new nonprofit, every sponsorship matters. Every expense that is covered allows us to protect more of our resources for the reason we are here in the first place: serving victims and survivors of domestic violence in our community.

Any funds raised for the Visionary Luncheon beyond the cost of the event will go directly toward supporting the victims we serve.

Thank you for believing in the mission, investing in its growth, and helping us grow The Vine Foundation. 🤍

She didn’t even own an RV when she decided to become an RV travel blogger.

She didn’t have internet on her phone. She worked from Lowe’s parking lots, laundromats and libraries. She had a toddler, a dream and, as Liz calls him, a “was-band” who didn’t exactly understand what she was trying to build. 😂

But she started anyway.

That little RV blog eventually became a successful business, led her into email marketing, took her all the way to Survivor and ultimately to becoming the owner of Smart Passive Income.

You do not have to have it all figured out before you start. Sometimes you just have to decide you want something different and go for it.

🎙️ Catch our special Trade Talk LIVE episode with Liz Wilcox, recorded at the 2026 Built to Lead Summit.

Special thanks to Ferguson Home, our Trade Talk Live sponsor.

I end every talk with this message: You are valuable and you are worthy SIMPLY because you exist.

It’s easy to forget in a society that rewards stress, busyness, and achievement over kindness, love, and simply being a good human.

I spent 29 years believe that if I wasn’t DOING something, I wasn’t valuable. So I worked from a place of unworthiness.

The crazy part is nobody ever asked me to prove anything..
They’d just ask “what do you do?” And I’d feel this panic rise, and I’d start listing every credential and ways I stayed busy, as if the right answer could earn me the right to be in the room.

Looking back, I see how exhausting and just completely unnecessary that was.

Then last year I was sitting deep in a meditation when these words arrived: “you are valuable and worthy simply because you exist.”

I instantly started bawling… straight up ugly crying… not because it was beautiful, but because somewhere deep down I realized I didn’t believe it… I had spent 29 years trying to earn something I had never actually lost.

So I made the decision to repeat those words over and over and over again until I actually believed it on a soul level.

Once that happened, everything changed.

I started creating from a space of play, abundance, and inspiration instead of scarcity, stress, and the need to prove myself.

I still want to do my best. I still have big dreams. I still love building things and making an impact. But now I get to do it cause I WANT to, not because I’m trying to prove I belong here.

That’s why I share this at the end of every talk. It’s a reminder for not only everyone in the room, but also myself.

Imagine what we could create if we all stopped building from the fear we’re not enough, and started building from the knowing that we already are simply by existing…

You don’t have to earn your worth. You were born into this world with it.

Please share with someone who could use the reminder🤍

There’s something different about walking into a room full of women who just get it.

Women in the trades. Women building businesses. Women chasing careers in industries where we’ve all, at some point, had to fight a little harder just to prove we belong.

But in that room? I didn’t have to prove anything.

I felt seen. I felt understood. And I was surrounded by women who weren’t there to compete with each other — they were there on a mission to help other women grow, succeed, and go after the careers and dreams they want.

There’s a certain kind of power in being surrounded by women who understand what you do for a living, what it took to get there, and why you keep showing up.

We’re not asking for a place in the room anymore. We’re building the damn room. 💜
