Sneak peak of our shoot last week for “Fall Away” by @tommybombband.

Finally worked with the legend himself @mossflowerpictures! The first thing Luke said to me on our production call was, “What’s the weirdest lens you’ve ever worked with?”, I immediately knew this was gonna be a fun one! I told him about @contrast_cine’s Kinoptik 9.8mm lens that keyholes on full frame sensors. He loved the idea and we popped over to Contrast to test out a few different lenses. We ultimately decided on the Cooke 10.4-52mm zoom which gave a similar effect, but with (nearly) parfocal zoom capability, and a little bit more character!

Everyone from Tommy Bomb Band crushed it!
They all had a super fun energy and brought a heck of a vibe to the piece! I’m super happy with what we got, and very thankful to have been on this one!
