Rooted in Australia’s emerging indie-folk scene, @controlplusme draws inspiration from artists such as Elliott Smith, Bright Eyes, Big Thief, and Real Estate.

His upcoming 33 track album “i am your defender” out July 17th, is his most intimate and fully realized body of work to date, a telling of deeply personal stories of love, grief, addiction, family, and hope into a quiet meditation on what it means to protect the people, and the parts of ourselves we are most afraid of losing.
