Jenny - A woman that completed her training as a wilderness experiential educator. To pass, she had to spend one day and one night completely on her own in the wilderness. Just her and her backpack.

Somewhere along the way this little moth appeared.

At first she kept trying to get rid of her, but she just wouldn’t leave. After a while Jenny noticed that somehow she actually felt safer with her around.

The moth stayed with her for the whole day, spent the night with her in this tiny hut in the mountains and was still there the next morning.

What started as this random little visitor became her companion through the whole experience and something she sees as her spirit animal today.

So we brought her onto her skin.

The plants I designed around the moth are symbolic of Convento, the place where we tattooed this piece. A place that became really special and sacred to her, to me and I think to many of us who got to experience it together.

Blessed we were able to tattoo outside, under the stars in Tuscany, right next to the bamboo forest and the spring.

Check out my black and white portfolio on my website, link in my bio.🌀

I just got back from a run and picked up my phone for the first time today and I wasn’t ready for what I saw. Within about 24 hours we’ve sold almost the entire first tenth of all tickets for Convento Ceremony 2027. It feels completely crazy, and at the same time so right. What’s happening in me right now is mostly a relieved exhale, because this year, for 2026, it was so tough to get our lovely guests to commit to a ticket. So it means a lot to feel that you’re genuinely excited about what we’re building. And I can’t really imagine it any other way - without wanting to sound arrogant, but this year at Convento Festival I cried every single day out of pure gratitude. I was so moved that I was somehow in tears daily. There are still 12 months to go and I’m already so ready for it. Tickets keep going up in price, so maybe go take a look. See you at Convento Ceremony 2027 🤍

@conventofestival – WHERE LIFE BECOMES A CEREMONY

Last week, I had the honor of returning to the beautiful land of @ilconvento_retreatcenter for the fourth time in just three years.

And more than ever, this tribe felt like one. Guests, helpers, facilitators, spaceholders, people who meet each other as equals – or, better yet, heart to heart.

Returning to this sacred ground made me realize once more just how much my body has healed over these past years. I know I keep repeating myself, but this is THE GREATEST BLESSING.

After years of needing (medical) support, both physically and emotionally, I feel I am entering a season in my life where I can live – give and receive – freely. Simply because my body and mind now have the capacity, the resources, the strength to do so.

How can I put in words my gratitude for this land, its people, their compassion, and their loving hearts?

For now I simply want to thank every soul who found their way onto my mat, who allowed my hands, my presence, my love to touch them.

The truth is: You touched me, too.

Ciao ragazzi… 🇮🇹✨

It all started with a virtual encounter — an invitation after online Yoga became very, very real during the one-week Convento Festival (@conventofestival) that followed.

So special. A magical location tucked away in the hills of Tuscany, reached either by crossing the river or via a suspension bridge. Daily dips in the cool river and drinking water from the natural spring refreshed me from the inside out. 💦

What makes this festival so unique is its intimate, retreat-like character: a small, English-speaking gathering with just a handful of facilitators involved over several days, creating a beautiful sense of depth, intensity, and community.
Every single individual was truly seen — not superficially through a camera, but through daily small-group sharing circles and the overall small scale of the event. 🫶🏼

I brought three Yoga classes and an Omflow breath session to the blend, while also allowing myself to be wonderfully inspired by @sukahorn‘s awesome dance workshops, @ta_beah‘s rich voice, authentic relating with @vagamondo3, and an intense exchange with fellow Yoga colleague @anukalanayoga, alongside all the other little encounters.
(…and not to forget — I mean it — ecstatic dance with @alladin__k! 🔥)

And the community — so diverse, international, intimate yet expansive — was nourished not only by connection, but also by the most delicious catering (three meals a day!). 🍲And in between it all, the gentle melody of the Italian summer. ☀️🍃

An absolute recommendation for next summer. A true gem, so heartfelt and carefully created by Shirin, Aaron, and the entire caring team at @ilconvento_retreatcenter. ❤️

This summer I’m playing in one of the most special festivals, place and people I’ve met in this world!
In August the Convento Festival is coming up and I’ll be there, singing and
journeying with everyone. The festival is a week of remembering our interconnectedness, in community, with
music and movement as the doorways.

😎 And guess what! If you book with my code TABEAH50 you’ll receive
€50 off your ticket. 🎫
Only for another 5 days!!

Embodied Listening - Movement, Presence & Connection

April: A collection of moments that made my soul breathe. 🌿📔
