POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

THE MYTHIC ASTEROID WORKSHOP SERIES
I am also SO excited to announce that I am doing the asteroid workshop series again this year! But 5 weeks instead of 3!

The mythic asteroids work differently from the planets in an astrology chart, but they can still be very important to your life! They can provide more specific insights into the chart, that sometimes even the planets can miss. This series is a deep dive into these lesser known astrological bodies, and how their stories and myths can light up your chart in new and powerful ways.

*Some general knowledge of Astrology is preferred, but not required, as these stories can teach you even if you don’t fully understand the chart just yet. We will also go over parameters for understanding when an asteroid is prominent in your chart.

Together we will:
-Uncover the myths you were born to mirror
-Explore asteroid placements that shape your personal story
-Integrate these archetypes through creative and reflective practices
-Learn how to recognize the prominent deities
-Understand where myth comes from and why it is still important
-Dive deeper into the astronomy and naming conventions of asteroids
-Find your most prominent myth and how to carry it with you
-Connect with like-minded seekers in a small, supportive setting (everyone will get a chance to share a story)

You will get:
-A PDF of all 30k asteroids in your chart
-An asteroid workbook PDF
-And either a copy or a discount on Book 1 of the encyclopedia! If all goes right (retrogrades pending)!
-Sneak peaks into the other 4 books!
-A WhatsApp group chat for updates and other findings!

Be prepared to share personal stories (if you feel open to it) as that is where the asteroids come to life!

Workshops will be Wednesday nights in November and December.
November 18th – December 16th. 7-8:30pm EST (plus an optional half hour 8:30-9pm if you’d like to stay and chat!)
We start the week of the book release!!!

To sign up send an email to:
lori.kaufman27@gmail.com
and venmo:
lori-kaufman27

PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR BIRTHDATE, LOCATION, AND TIME OF BIRTH IN THE EMAIL!!

I’m so excited to do this again 💙

THE MYTHIC ASTER

EIGHT years ago, I started a document to start keeping track of the mythic asteroids I was researching.

What began as curiosity turned into thousands of hours of mythology, astrology, obscure texts, research rabbit holes, and eventually… a book (or 5 😂).

And now I can finally say it:

The Asteroid Encyclopedia (VOLUME 1) is coming November 16!!! 🏺✨

This isn’t just a book about what the asteroids “mean.”

It’s an exploration of the mythology, astrology, and astronomy behind these names. Where these stories came from, what they have carried through time, and how we can begin using them as living archetypes in the birth chart.

TO CELEBRATE:

📖 Book 1: Releasing November 16
🔭 Exclusive asteroid research + previews: On Substack and Tiktok
🏺 Live your Personal Myth asteroid astrology class: A 5-week class diving into how to find YOUR personal myth. (I AM SO EXCITED TO DO THIS CLASS AGAIN BUT EXPANDED)

*Save the date: *Wednesday Nights November 18th – December 16th 7pm EST*

Asteroid reports and readings available too (swipe for details)

More details coming soon. This will open up to Substack and Email list people first.

If you’ve ever wanted to go beyond the planets and explore the thousands of mythic stories written into the asteroid belt, this is your invitation to come along.

I’m collecting emails now for the book release, behind-the-scenes research, and first access to information about the upcoming class.

I also am going to start publishing sneak peaks and certain asteroid entries on both the free and paid version of my substack! So be sure to catch those there. Let me know who you want to see.

I am SO EXCITED to finally share this work with you all.

Launching some new asteroid options if you’re curious to dive in!

Option one: includes ALL named asteroids and their placement in your chart. So you can easily scroll to the degree of your personal planets and see who is joining them. It also includes a PDF how to guide that I’ve written so you know what to look for!

Option 2: includes all that plus I go through the list for you. I’ll write you a list of the ones I find important, themes/patterns to be mindful of, stories, strengths, my observations and thoughts. Etc.

Option 3: finally. The full reading. You’ll get all those things plus an in person or zoom call going through your stories, I also love to look up transits and other techniques using them too as well talk through themes. You will still get my paper of notes that I’ll make before the reading.

I’m so excited to be doing more asteroid work in general as my book finalizes. And if you have any questions feel free to reach out!

I am SO excited to finally launch my latest project:

BEYOND THE PLANETS: Astrology, Myth, and Synchronicity✨

This is a deep-dive asteroid reading that weaves together mythology, synchronicity, and asteroids into your personal cosmic story.

After nearly four years of researching and writing my mythic asteroid encyclopedia, this is my first offering that brings that work directly into your chart. It’s been a labor of deep love and devotion, and I would be honored to have your support as this next chapter begins 💫

If you’re curious about what asteroids are and how to work with them, check out some of my resources first!

@conversationswplanets - my podcast with @aliciacielle has multiple asteroid story episodes, and an “Asteroids 101.” I also have recently created a Substack (link in bio), where I share incredible synchronistic stories from my personal life, friends, and clients.

These readings include personalized PDFs, mythic archetype interpretation, transit guidance, and insights from my upcoming book.

The first five people to book will receive 50% off!

🪐 To book (or ask questions), just send me a message here, or email me! *online or in person*
📥 [@lorik_127 or lori.kaufman27@gmail.com]

Thank you so much for your support — I can’t wait to find, learn, and share these stories with you.

Jupiter JUST moved into Cancer which is a really exciting and opportunistic transit for us all to enjoy. Jupiter has been in Gemini since May of 2024, which can feel like an overwhelming dust storm that leaves us feeling scattered and directionless (particularly in the Gemini, Sagittarius and Pisces segments of our birth charts) 🌱

As Jupiter ingresses into Cancer, he has access to significantly more resources to bring us hope, growth, luck and opportunity. This is the sign of Jupiter’s exaltation and we will be able to enjoy this energy for the next year until Jupiter moves into Leo in June of 2026.

🌊While Jupiter in Cancer is a generally supportive and encouraging transit, there are a few warnings. Excessive growth can become cancerous and Jupiter tends to make things bigger, which isn’t always good if what he’s touching are problems in our lives. While it’s good to take advantage of new opportunities that come your way, make sure to assess your energy and capacity so that you don’t overstretch or over-extend yourself.

Jupiter can also bring disappointments when we don’t have the containers and capacity to take advantage of the growth that he offers us. Be ready to accept new opportunities in your life, particularly in the Cancer, Sagittarius and Pisces areas of your chart, so that you don’t feel let down if something that seemed almost too good to be true may have passed you by.

✨This year is a great time to engage in a regular gratitude practice and extend nurturing care to yourself and those you love. Spend time with water, engage in creativity, and connect with a spiritual practice in a way that feels meaningful for you. We could all use a little more hope and generosity and Jupiter is well-resourced to make that available to us.

🔥Saturn recently entered Aries on May 25 which is a significant collective shift. Saturn spends between 2-3 years in each sign and we tend to get used to a consistent energy for the Capricorn and Aquarius houses of our chart that Saturn rules. This means that when Saturn moves into a new place in the sky, we can feel the earth shift beneath us in the Capricorn and Aquarius areas of our lives, as well as in whatever house Saturn has moved into (this time in Aries).

What has started to shift for you in the past few weeks as Saturn has begun to settle into her new zodiacal home for the next few years? Saturn will be in Aries as a preview for the summer and then will move into Aries for good from February 2026 - April of 2028. Pay attention to these shifts this summer to get ready for the longer transit that’s coming next year.

☄️Saturn in Aries is fast, impatient, hardworking, passionate and impulsive. In some ways, this burst of fresh energy can be very welcome for the Saturnian areas of our lives, as Saturn’s recent move through Pisces felt slow, lethargic and overwhelming for many people. With Saturn in Aries, progress becomes more possible in our lives as she adjusts to being in this fast-moving and action-oriented sign.

However, Saturn is not particularly comfortable in Aries and this energy can feel like putting the breaks and gas down at the same time. Saturnian energy does well when we lay our plans intentionally and think them all the way through, so don’t be toooo impulsive with your long-term decisions during this transit 👀

There is also a warning that Saturn in Aries can lead to intense burnout and adrenal fatigue. When training for a marathon (a very Saturnian endeavor), they say to run 10 slow miles for every fast mile. Aries wants every mile to be fast. Where in your life metaphorically do you need to run the slow miles to sustain your energy? (And if you want more guidance on herbal ways to support yourself through burnout, Alicia Cielle has a recent post about that on her Instagram page).

Hi friends, I have finally started to push my writing again and I wanted to share some fun and exciting advancements for my book and asteroid research! Now that the moon (my chart ruler) is exactly on my Jupiter (my timelord)🩵 the timing felt perfect.

I have finally created a substack - there is a free tier where I’ll be posting asteroid stories and research. And a paid one where there will be more complex stories and helpful tips on how to navigate using asteroids in your birth chart. Interpretations, mythology, and stories. Most have been taken from my book I’m writing!

Also - we do have a podcast episode @conversationswplanets called asteroids 101 that can be a great place to start. If you’re interested in this work.

Here is the link: (it will also be in my story and bio) I can’t WAIT to start sharing with you all!

✨GEMINI SEASON✨

There have been SO many planets in Taurus so it’ll be nice to change up the energy. Things are finally moving and changing. We finally have some more fun and positive alignments!

Venus and Jupiter will be conjunct at the anaretic (or final degree) of Taurus (Venus’ domicile or home sign) in a sextile to Neptune on the early morning of the 23 (the same day as the Sagittarius full moon around 10am) a very busy astrological day. All before Venus moves into Gemini later that day, followed by Jupiter moving into Gemini on the 25th. Both of these Benefic planets will bring some abundance and expansion to the house Taurus falls in your chart before they both move out. This week will pick up a lot of momentum depending on how this affects your personal chart.

The biggest thing I’ve been expecting with this Jupiter in Gemini transit (trine Pluto in Aquarius especially on June 2nd when it’s exact) is a rapid growth and advancement of technology. Large scale change - and probably very quickly. Jupiter is in detriment in Gemini which means it is unresourced and unable to fully fulfill what it wants to do which could cause delays or struggles or restrictions when it comes to the typical jupitarian themes. Jupiter is here to stay for a full year.

The final thing I’ll mention (even though there’s so much more I could) is the Venus cazimi (exact conjunction of the sun) on June 4th. Cazimis are seen to be extremely enchanted, potent, and lucky. They happen when any planet is directly in the heart of the sun (I use 1° but some use as little as 15 minutes depending on tradition). There will be a heightened Venusian influence this day and can bring some positive outcomes with your love life, creativity, and prosperity.

As always: feel free to reach out if you have questions or need a reading. 🩵

I am at @themindfulnest_ most days offering walk-ins (message me before to confirm!)

I also have a podcast with @aliciacielle if you want to learn more about astrology - @conversationswplanets

And of course. Photo credit. This shoot with @strangelycasey and @sarahspurling was so fun 🩵 thanks for the fun edits!!
