🏆 NorCal vs. SoCal 2026 🏆

Now that I’ve had a moment to recover, I want to take a second to dive into the gloriousness of the NorCal vs. SoCal tournament experience.

I couldn’t be more proud of how our team showed up in FORCE and beat SoCal so completely. Two years in a row of coming home without the cup lit a fire 🔥 that couldn’t be contained—until we finally brought it HOME.

It is the utmost honor to represent 🙌🏼 Team NorCal, and this year’s competition was my best showing yet. I won all of my matches and teamed up with @kk27725 so perfectly—it truly felt like a match made in heaven. 😇

For those unfamiliar with the format: we pair up in our respective divisions and are carded with a SoCal team—playing 18 holes of singles, then straight into 18 holes of doubles, for two full days. It’s a LOT of golf, and you’ve got to keep your stamina high and your head in the game or it’s over. 😬

My first singles match I won 9–1, and on the second day they switched my opponent—@dee_spin_vta kept me on my toes the entire time! One of the most evenly matched, competitive rounds I’ve had. It took everything I had to defend my lead, and she didn’t make it easy. I LOVED it!😍😍

Always so great to see my @innovadiscs teammate @ohnscoggins_48976 and meet new amazing women disc golfers like Janet & gathering with our friends near and far!

All my thanks go to the captains—Mr. Travers himself and KK—for the time, strategy, and heart you put into making sure we had the best chance to take the cup back!!

This is the BEST start to the season, and I’m carrying the energy from those huge, solid putts and smooth, snappy drives straight into this spectacular 2026 year.
LET’S GOOOOOOO NorCalDiscGolf!!!

On December 17, 2023, I got attend a clinic held by Mr. Scott Stokely @sostokely #stokely whom I have not seen since the 2022 Jonesboro Open Flymart. He has traveled all over the world, played on the Disc Golf Pro Tour @pdga @discgolfnetwork_dgpt , has countless YouTube videos and has taught many clinics. This was my first clinic this year. The clinic was held at the Central Park disc golf course in Santa Clarita, CA. I had not been to that park in years (played 1 PDGA tournament there in 2020: Central Park Smash Down) and I finished my best round this year at -13 bogey free. Thank you Mr. Stokely for signing my discs and the clinic. Please attend one of his sessions. Never forget your teachings and learn the lessons being taught. Be true to yourself, love yourself and be happy with who you are. Happy Holidays and Happy New Year Everyone! #disc #discgolf #discgolfstrong @legacydiscs @innovadiscs @discraftdiscgolf @westsidegolfdiscs @discmaniadiscs @prodigydisc #women #womenempowerment #nature #photography #travel @oakgrovediscgolfclub @socaldgc @lamiradadgc @huntingtonbeachdiscgolf @eldoradodgc @dgadiscgolf @cityofsantaclarita #golf @golf #friebee

On 10/21/2023, I saw @philo.brathwaite @teamphilo at Oak Grove Disc Golf Park @oakgrovedgc @oakgrovediscgolfclub playing doubles while I was playing the Oak Grove Tag Weekly (finished -4 and in 3rd place for cash). I have not seen @philo.brathwaite since the 2023 Jonesboro Open. It was great catching up and getting on feedback on my form. I hope to someday compete at the MPO level and play a DGPT event. I continue to work hard, train, be healthy, love myself, love my friends and love my family. Philo has done an amazing job on his commentary and being an ambassador to the sport of disc golf. He was the first person to record an Albatross (2 on a par 5) and get it on film! I hope he enjoys the off-season and gets to compete in 2024! He does give great lessons as well! #disc #discgolfstrong #discgolf @socaldgc @socaldiscgolf #pdga #innoadiscs @innovadiscs @women #women #love #oakgrovediscgolfcourse #discraft #westsidediscs #legacydiscs #discmaniadiscs @discmaniadiscs @westsidegolfdiscs @discgolfprotour @headwinddiscgolf @chavez.ridge.dgc @lamiradadgc @huntingtonbeachdiscgolf #womendiscgolf #golf #nature #photography #humanconnection @nomadsdgc #nomads @kinghailey33 @ohnscoggins_48976 @discgolfeveryday #growthesport @growthesportdiscgolf @discgolfphotos @prodigydisc #prodigydisc @losangelesdg

*NOMINATED*

The Alliance Challenge:

In alliance and respect for all women; Mothers, Daughters, Sisters, Aunts, and Grandmothers, I, as a man, am committed to the practice of not using the word ‘Bitch’ in my vocabulary.

This is an acknowledgement that words matter. When boys and men use this word with other males and at women, it comes from a place of sexism. It subordinates, degrades and dehumanizes women.

As men, it is time to step up! Take ownership and accountability for our actions.

This is an opportunity for us to break toxic generational patterns and behaviors.

‘It’s the little details that are vital. Little things make big things happen.’
-John Wooden

If we commit, maybe it helps to prevent and stop enabling toxic masculine behaviors such as, ‘grab them by the p*&%sy’. Or calling someone a ‘fuqn b#$tch’ on public steps of a government building. Maybe it helps to prevent future domestic and sexual abuses, rapes and maybe even femicides.

Think of the women in your lives being called a b#%tch by other men! Women who brought you in to this world!

Time For Men To Step up! Or Shut The Fuq Up!

*Upload a Black and White image of yourself. Nominate by tagging other strong men who are in alliance with women and are willing to commit to the #alliancechallengeaccepted
Copy and Paste the above!
