USPSA 10.10

Got 19/166 in combined divisions, 8/58 in CO division. Definitely some things to get better on, however definitely missed my GEN5 Glock 47. Excited to keep competing and excited to be joining the guys over @glockstore.

Another M Class classifier to the books. 🙏🏼

Let’s chat : Digestive Enzymes 💬

Digestive Enzymes help break down the carbs, proteins & fats in the foods we eat so that our bodies can process them better. Our bodies naturally produce these enzymes, but as we age, supplemental enzymes can help when our bodies may be lacking!

Book your free consult with Coach Cory, and see if this supplement is something you should be adding to your routine! 📲 Text CORY615 to 615-488-4275

A strong lift starts with a strong warm up 🔥

Going from 0-100 can increase your risk of strains, injury, & poor movement patterns! A proper warm up will help :

☑️ Activate the muscles you will be using
☑️ Increase blood flow to the working muscles
☑️ Improve joint mobility + range of motion

Save this warm up from Coach Cory for your bench press workout 💪🏼

I said I’d never do a reshoot again and I lied 😂 this time it worked out for me. Lots to tighten up on but I’m stoked to make it into the single digits for overall! 6/101 overall and 4/51 in CO

June 15th USPSA - Movement is getting a lot better and more fluid, being confident in my hits while on the move as well as not stopping as often to engage targets. In the long term, I'm taking way too long to confirm my sight picture before I pull the trigger rather than just sending it, although, that kinda bit me in the classifiers.

Congrats to our Distinguished Senior @cook_chronicles_ for making it to his first USPSA match, and hope to see him at the future ones. It's pretty cool seeing the list of names I tag for whoever shot the match grow longer and longer. (I'm tagging @j.kette here because it won't let me tag him in the tag list)

Slow it down to LEVEL UP 📈

Less ‘herky-jerky’. More intention. Slower reps will help improve muscle engagement, reinforce good form, and reduce unnecessary stress on your joints.

I got through my first Low Light & first ever competition style shoot. This was such a great experienced and really tested my PID skills as well as multiple target acquisition & shooting with movement.

I only had 3 mags, 2 of which had +5 extensions and 1 was stock. My on person round count was low and resulted in a few failed to neutralize & a couple of failed to engage. Still kicking myself in the ass about not having enough, but eager to get back in there and do it all over again.

Shout out to @this_and_a_monster @mitchyoung77 for recording my runs, and @cook_chronicles_ for keeping my nerves at bay by making Ching Chong jokes 😂🫶🏻
