POV: newbie sourdough bloopers 🍞😂

Not me kneading sourdough on a spare chopping board… 🤦🏻‍♀️

I’m sure future me will look back at this in a year and wonder how I was this green at bread-making. But hey, gotta start somewhere! 😄

🎶 Calming classical music vs. the stickiest dough known to mankind.
⏰ Thank God for Alexa keeping track of all the proofing & baking times. 😮‍💨

We all start somewhere, right? 😂

New menu as seen through the phones of you lovely lot! As of tomorrow it’s all been settled into Manchester for a week and Leeds for three(!!) so it all feels very official now. We’ve loved hearing your thoughts and feedback and seeing photos of how you’ve been mishmashing it all together. Keep em coming!!!

I love Goan food.
A lot of people think hot and spicy 🌶️, but that’s not always the case.

Goan food differs from other Indian food because it combines Portuguese and Indian flavours.
Goan food is also less spicy and oily and uses more vegetables, lentils, and coconut oil.

I am staying at the Seashell Villas and Suites in Candolim, Goa, India.
I asked Chef Nitin to show me how to prepare and cook some Goan dishes and explain the spices he would use. 🌶️🫚🌱

I learnt so much from chef today. If only you could smell the fantastic aromas and taste the delicious food…. You must come and stay to experience the delights that Chef Nitin can create.
