"There Are Many Secrets That Keep Themselves"
.
Direct vs. InDirect Hand Conditioning:

Direct:
The hands thrust directly into open containers or buckets filled with loose materials.
.
Indirect:
The hands strike sealed canvas bags, pads, or canvas containers filled with similar resistive materials
.
For tools that are impact Driven (palms, fists, chops, etc. The InDirect methods tend to work better.
.
For tools that are penetration driven (Finger Spears, Toe Spear, etc.) The Direct methods tend to work better as you can better Penetrate the Medium, and reduce rhe tendcy to jam or hyper extend the digits.

For conditioning, get your W€4PONS GR4DE Dit Da Jow from @dalebdugas if you plan on doing this type of training, you must use PROPER DIT DA JOW.
.
Also, there is a proper way to condition your body, and if you dont do it probably you will injure yourself; This is especially true with Finger Spears, etc.
.
Please seek proper guidance on how to do this properly, or you will injure yourself.

More chain punching. Otro Pedro comparison. I think his power and speed is excellent. @cooking_withpeter

I see chain punching that is circular a lot on Instagram. Although it’s fast it has zero impact or effect on the opponent. A punch is linear not circular in order to be effective. Straight line towards the target. Pete demonstrates speed along with power. Nice job. Like a machine gun. #kungfu #wingchun #leungsheung

"Pow Choi" (拋捶) within the Choy Li Fut system refers to an upward power shot, or an uppercut, that utilizes momentum from a circular upward swing to generate power.
.
It can be executed a part of continuous motion to drive an opponent backward or force them off balance or as a well placed Coup de Grâce (/ˌko͞o də ˈɡräs/).

The "Sow Choy" or Sweeping Fist:
.
A versatile strike that can be thrown From the Lead or Rear Hand.
.
It is Characterized by a circular or sweeping motion used to Deliver Force in Horizontal Plane or Downward Angle.
.
Contact can be made with the Fist, Palm or the Forearm depending on Range, etc.
.
The only truly safe way to deal with a Sow Choy from a well developed player is to Get Out of The Way.
.
.
The most notable example of a Sow Choy being used in MMA was in the UFC 159 with "BIG COUNTY" Roy Nelson First Round KO of Cheick Kongo.
.
.
As withl all techniques; they dont work well in Isolation (you need to set them up) & they require proper coaching & training to master as well as avoid injury.

Working with a club in each hand is more demanding on coordination for me than it is for strength.
.
This was a significant PR for me, but I will need to hang out at this weight for a bit until I can clean up the form a bit & get my reps up to 25 ea.

"Chun Sau" (穿手), often translated as "pierce through hand" or "pass through hand," is a specific hand technique in the Choy Li Fut kung fu style.
.
It's a versatile technique used for both blocking & attacking, specifically involving a simultaneous defense and offense.
.
The technique utilizes the forearms to block an incoming attack while simultaneously piercing through or punching the opponent's defense.
.
.
What do you call it in your style?
Where else have you seen it?

"Keep the Goal The Goal"
.
It is important to keep in mind: the point of a martial art is to quickly finish (stop) a physical altercation not prolonged to it so one can finish a sequence.
.
The Fight will stop because one person is:
.
*Too Tired Continue
*Too Bored Continue
*Made Unable to Continue
.
If you are depending on the first two, your plan is stupid, "Buen Suerte Cabron".
.
The Fastwst Way to Change Someone will always be Well Placed, Fast Powerful Shots. When you can hit hard enough, everything will become a target.
