A couple of Seggiano favourites have a little something to celebrate ⭐️

Our Artichoke & Garlic Sauce & Spread from Piemonte and Pistachio & Chocolate Covered Torrone from Sicily have each won a 2026 Great Taste Award. So we asked @cookinmyflat to put them to very good use, with an easy end-of-summer snack made for sharing.

⭐️ Artichoke & Garlic Sauce & Spread
Fresh artichokes, olive oil, garlic and sea salt, blended into a silky spread that’s particularly delicious slathered onto savoury toasts.

⭐️ Pistachio & Chocolate Covered Torrone
Soft Sicilian nougat with toasted almonds, roasted pistachios and honey, finished with a pistachio chocolate coating.

From Italy’s regional masters, food worth sharing! 💜
