Training close to our limit can be hard to achieve

Training to absolute failure is not always necessary but we do need to get close to that point if we want to build strength or builds muscle

Exercises like back squats and bench press are great but these are good examples of exercises where we know we can afford to hit failure without a spotter on hand

So naturally we may leave 5/6 reps in reserve

So if you are someone who trains on your own often this is where using machines or dumbbells for certain exercises can be a great choice to take away the fear of injuring ourselves / getting stuck 😂

The best exercise is the one that you feel most confident doing with great form

Reducing the fear of injuring ourselves or getting stuck under the bar is an easy way to increase training intensity which ultimately = faster results 👌🏻

A massive thank you for the support on this journey and it has been awesome and I can not wait to keep sharing every step of the way!

I have also loved meeting so many new people, if you want to get a knock in and think I need to see your course, please reach out and let me know!

Everybody, let’s hit some golf balls!

Day 1 of getting @coopergolf27 body to the same level as his skills and knowledge on the golf course

Single figure and pro golfers have a great opportunity to improve performance without adding a simple swing thought to their mind by improving their physical ability

This one will be an entertaining journey to follow !

Plenty of educational content to come along with some some more coops comedy moments 👌🏻

My biography is officially ON SALE NOW, and no, it’s not a boring book about the golf swing! 📕

It’s the candid story of how the fattest baby in Trelleborg grew up to run a schoolyard gambling ring, deliver his daughter on the bathroom floor, cover the modesty of an English football legend, buy a golf course and somehow earn a British Empire Medal from The King 👑

This teaser captures some of the whackiest, funniest and most absurd stories that you can expect to find in your copy - including how I managed to organise for my kids to ride The Queen’s favorite pony🐴

Expect pure underdog hustling, unfiltered chaos and plenty of laughs - my life has been one hell of a rollercoaster🎢

Great first session with @coopergolf27!

Little setup up change at address- handle higher to get more athletic and create more space for hands to be more passive!

New swing feel- feeling deeper turn, ZERO wrist hinge and wider backswing arc!
