Find the movement before adding more✨

Here, the hamstring curl is the foundation. Before we add the weights, we want to find that connection and control. Then we layer in the upper body work without losing the intention of the original exercise.

The arms and legs move simultaneously, with everything connected through the center. That’s what we do at CORE. Teach the body to work together, with a purpose behind every layer.

Still on a high from today. 🥹💖✨

Our very first The Movement Social Club event was everything I hoped it would be and MORE!

Feeling so incredibly grateful for every single woman who showed up, supported this little movement social, and helped bring this vision to life. 🫶🏼

What started as a little idea has turned into something so special, and seeing women & moms come together to move, connect, laugh, help brands and local businesses and just enjoy themselves reminded me exactly why I started this.

This is only the beginning, and my heart is SO full. 🥹

To everyone who came, supported, sponsored, or helped behind the scenes, THANK YOU. You have no idea how much it means to me.

Here’s to building a community of women who show up for themselves AND each other. 💗

Can’t wait for more parties to come. 🎀✨

I promise it’s all out of love. 🥹🫶😂

A little heavier, a little stronger, and maybe a few questionable looks in my direction. 💀

Trust me, you’ll thank me later. (Maybe not tomorrow though.) 🤭

The laundry can wait, but the BOO-ty work can’t. 👻🍑

Just a Pilates instructor making sure your glutes are the only thing screaming this spooky season. Adding more spicy flows during my down time is my favorite 🔥

Save this for your next booty burn!

SCULPTOBER 🎃👻 but make it a playlist.

October classes needed a little more ✨main character energy✨ so I put together some of my favorite songs to teach + sculpt to this month.

Think: a little moody, a little spooky, and the kind of songs that make those last exercises hurt slightly less. 😂🔥

Perfect for Pilates, strength, sculpt, or your next hot girl walk.

🎧 Sculptober playlist is live on my Spotify:

Save it for your next workout & tell me which song needs to make it into our next classes during this fun Halloween season 👻🎃✨👀
