Tell a friend to tell a friend 🧡

ULTRA WEEK is finally here! We’d love for you to bring friends or family along during ULTRA OPEN WEEK and we’ve also put together a referral offer for you both.

If you refer a friend and they join as a member during ULTRA WEEK, you’ll both receive $5 off your weekly membership — ongoing. 🥰

And you can do this for up to 5 friends!

So if you bring:

1 friend → $5/week off
2 friends → $10/week off
3 friends → $15/week off
4 friends → $20/week off
5 friends → $25/week off
Your saving continues for as long as your referred friends remain members with us.

So if you’ve got a friend who’s been curious about us, ULTRA WEEK is a great time to bring them along and show them what we’re all about.

Purchase your pass and book classes on our app!

May this love attack you ✨

If you’re from Sydney, you need to save @lumiheadspa to your wellness list!

I tried their 70-minute Lumi Signature Head Spa, which includes a lymphatic face and head massage, double shampoo + conditioning, waterfall scalp therapy and hair dry finish.

It was SO relaxing and I actually fell asleep (best nap of my life)!

My hair felt super soft and smelled amazing afterwards thanks to their CPR hair products that are sulfate-
free and vegan.

Definitely one I'd come back to for a little self-care reset!

This is 📍@lumiheadspa, in Bankstown

Spring resistance explained 🧡

Not all springs feel the same and choosing the right spring is about more than simply “heavier” or “lighter.”

🟡 Yellow — very light
🔵 Blue — light
🔴 Red — medium
🟢 Green — heavy

The more the spring stretches, the more resistance you feel. So the same spring can feel very different at different points in the movement.

Lighter springs can create more instability and challenge control. Heavier springs can provide more support, stability and load.

The best spring choice depends on the exercise, your goal, range of movement and the individual body in front of you.

✨ Spring choice is part of the exercise not just a setting.

You dooooo. 🫵

Pilates in your 30s might be exactly what your body needs! Here are 5 benefits of joining a class at @ultrapilates:

1. Builds Bone Density
Pilates uses controlled, weight-bearing movements that stimulate bone growth and help prevent age-related bone loss.

2. Improves Balance
By strengthening your core and stabilizing muscles, Pilates enhances coordination and reduces the risk of falls as you get older.

3. Reduces Stiffiness
The rhythmic stretching and mobility work in Pilates loosen tight muscles and keep your body moving freely.

4. Low Impact
Because Pilates is gentle on your joints, it allows you to stay active without adding strain or stress to aging muscles and ligaments.

5. Protects Joints Long Term
Pilates strengthens the muscles around your joints, improving support and alignment to help prevent pain and wear over time.
