Just when you think you’ve done it all in pilates… never thought a sumo squat mixed with an oblique crunch would burn this much ❤️‍🔥

Save & try if you’re crazy (like me) and love a curtsey lunge leg flow. The heavy red + blue spring killed my glutes!

May this love attack you ✨

If you’re from Sydney, you need to save @lumiheadspa to your wellness list!

I tried their 70-minute Lumi Signature Head Spa, which includes a lymphatic face and head massage, double shampoo + conditioning, waterfall scalp therapy and hair dry finish.

It was SO relaxing and I actually fell asleep (best nap of my life)!

My hair felt super soft and smelled amazing afterwards thanks to their CPR hair products that are sulfate-
free and vegan.

Definitely one I'd come back to for a little self-care reset!

This is 📍@lumiheadspa, in Bankstown

Working on core and upper body strength, control and spinal articulation.

SAVE & STEAL THIS FLOW ⤵️
1. Roll down
2. Add opposite leg in table top and arm wave
3. Add shoulder press
FINISH hold roll down, into shoulder presses only, then pulses. ooft 💪🏻

The mental load a woman carries about hair wash timing would break a man 👀

Using Herbal Essences new rose-infused shampoo & conditioner which made my hair super soft and smell AMAZING especially after all the build up of sweat and salt.

Also let me know any hot mat hair hacks 🫶🏼

Pilates at 📍 @coreplus_studios, Darlinghurst
First visit to 📍 Double Bay Beach (so nice there)
Brunch at 📍 @yui.syd, Glebe (recommend their 🍜)

If regular planks or side planks feel easy, give your advanced clients this 🥵

can’t stop thinking about this mont blanc 😩

this is the White Rabbit drink from @stitch.coffee — hazelnut-infused cold brew, thickened cream, and a dash of nutmeg and lemon zest on top. YUMMM
