Slowly coming back from burnout and trying to figure out this over 40 thing when it comes to training... but some days are just good days and this was one of them.

Thank you to @idealphysiqueza @masterclass_games for an absolutely epic Masters competition.

AND THERE YOU HAVE IT, GUYS! 🔥💪🏻

Being over 34 doesn’t mean you can’t push the limits!

Our very first Masterclass Games was a HUGE success, and that’s all thanks to you!

You proved that age is just a number and that the real competition is with the person you were yesterday. There’s no excuse not to keep showing up, pushing harder and becoming a better version of yourself. 💥

🏆 A massive congratulations to all our podium winners! You earned it!

And to every single participant who stepped onto that floor, gave it your all and pushed beyond your limits — you are all winners in our eyes. 👊🏻

This is only the beginning…

NEXT YEAR, WE’RE TAKING IT TO THE NEXT LEVEL!

Thank you for being part of something special. Here’s to getting older, getting stronger and proving that our best days are still ahead of us! 🔥
