You never know who’s watching you show up every day and thinking, “Maybe I could do that too.”

What feels normal to you could be the thing that inspires someone else to change their life.

Never underestimate the impact of simply showing up.

First plunge in the @desertplunge🙌🏻🥳

Only took a couple hours for the chiller to cool the water down from 73° down to 55°🧊

Tomorrow will be even colder🥶🔥

Big thanks to @DesertPlunge for partnering with me as I train for the Pinhoti 100! 🥶🏃‍♂️

With 100 miles and 14,000+ feet of climbing ahead, I’m putting a lot of miles on my legs and body, so recovery is becoming just as important as the work I’m putting in. On top of that I am also on a mission to run 4,000 total miles for the year which is at least 77 miles every single week😬

Excited to get this thing set up in the garage and make it part of my routine as I get ready to take on 100 miles! 💪

Stop waiting until you feel ready. Take on the challenge, embrace the discomfort, and figure it out along the way.

That’s how you grow. That’s how you build discipline. That’s how you become UNLAZY.

You don’t become the person you want to be by staying comfortable💪

The shoes. The will. The discipline… all that makes a man a little more dangerous.

Age is not part of the equation. Not yet. It’s not everyday you can do a #hyrox race with a #crossfit Games athlete @roylviger.

1 hour and 4 minutes. Pro division.

Post run fit check✅

I want to start showing off my outfits AFTER my runs when they are all sweaty and muddy to show that the product(s) actually works and is being used🙌🏻💪🏼

Only 3 months left before this year is no more. Are you going to remain in the same place as you’ve always been or are you going to lock in and challenge yourself to redefine what’s possible for yourself?
