I’m just beginning to process how special this past week was. Being home at @thefoxtheatre and being surrounded and supported by my community meant the world to me. From being three apples tall watching many a Broadway tour in this audience to being on the other side in my dream show was just the most overwhelming feeling. I cannot thank everyone enough for coming to see Six and cheering me on. Thank you to my family who has never ever doubted me and who will always be the loudest in the crowd. I am so blessed to call Atlanta my home. Thank you thank you thank you💛💛

On this TIP TUESDAY we’re keenly aware that as the Holidays quickly approach, there will definitely be some of you who are hoping to use the “F” word before the year comes to a close! When it comes to popping the question, and securing a “Fiancé,” we want to make sure that those grooms-to-be are well informed and prepared. 😉

1. Pick a great location. It can be somewhere picturesque, or a spot that is significant to the two of you. A place that is slightly more private is usually nice to help with jitters, and great pictures without interference.

2. Lean on a bestie or family member of the bride-to-be to assist with your plan. Choose someone who knows your love well and can advise you on their preferences, as well as help her in getting prepared without suspicion.

3. Hire a great photographer! Choose a seasoned pro who has captured proposals in the past and knows how to be discreet. If the location warrants it, having 2 shooters might be advantageous in order to achieve different angles. An experienced photographer will also be helpful in planning optimal timing, giving location pointers, and even advising on wardrobe.

4. Have a plan for afterward. Invite friends and family over to your house for an impromptu surprise Engagement Party, make reservations for a romantic dinner, have the parents of your fiancé hide until the question is popped and then join the two of you to celebrate…. Whatever the plan, make sure it will be special to her and a further expression of love.

We love having the honor of documenting these incredible moments, so if planning a proposal is on your mind, please reach out and let us help you create a moment she’ll never forget! 💍♥️
