Give us a microphone, and we’ll talk about the future of music in BCS all day!

A big thank you to our friends at KTEX 106 and Maverick Radio for inviting us out to recap this year’s Bryan Texas Songwriters Festival and talk about what’s happening in our growing music community.

From bringing incredible songwriters like Radney Foster and Sean McConnell to Downtown Bryan to showcasing the next generation of talent through Texas A&M’s PVFA and BV Live Buskers, there’s a lot to be excited about.

We’re grateful for our local radio friends who continue to champion live music, support local talent, and help us spread the word about what we’re building right here in the Brazos Valley.

And of course, thank you to our presenting partners, @destinationbryan, Bryan Business Council, @cityofbryan, and @tamu, for helping make it all possible.

The future of music in Bryan–College Station is looking pretty bright! 🎶

Yet another killer weekend of live music, great friends, and radio! I’m just now getting it together in order to talk about how wonderful of a week I had. Friday night in Abilene was fantastic, Saturday night with Justin and the crew was so damn fun. Getting to spend a Sunday afternoon with my great friends Carey Dean and Jenni Dale Lord was perfection and I got to end it with some fun radio with Corliss. Blessed life and I’m ready for more. Check the dates for more shows.

Some friends just have a way of bringing you back to yourself. The kind who have seen you through the highs, the lows, the completely unhinged eras, and all the seasons of life, and somehow still know exactly how to bring out the parts of you that got buried somewhere in the middle of it all.

Sometimes all it takes is the right person, the right night, and a completely random wedding where you show up as the plus one to remember what it feels like to be that version of yourself again.

So damn grateful for this human. 🫶
