Spicy Sculpt just got spicier. 🔥

Starting this month, you’ll start seeing our new 10 lb weighted rings incorporated into select Spicy Sculpt classes.
Expect a little more strength, a little more challenge, and a whole lot more shake. As always, our instructors will prioritize proper form and offer modifications when needed.

Who’s ready to turn up the heat? ❤️‍🔥

This is what Real Beauty looks like. My wife is the most remarkable person I know. There’s not a mountain she can’t summit, there’s not a Pilates class that she won’t rock, and there’s never been a smile as radiant as her's. Cory & I have been together for 9 years, and each day I feel like I’ve hit the lottery. When Fleetwood Mac sings You Make Loving Fun, they’re talking about Cory. She fills our lives with so much love & sets the standard in our family for hard work & determination.

I love you so very much.
