One of the things I’m most grateful for is the people I get to surround myself with and build alongside.

I’ve worked with some incredible people over the years, and the more time goes on, the more I realize my favorite part of this business isn’t the sales, money, or accolades. It’s the people.

I genuinely love helping others recognize potential in themselves they didn’t know existed. Watching people grow in confidence, overcome adversity, and build a life they’re proud of never gets old.

I’ve had some amazing people invest in me, and I want to keep paying that forward.

I’m looking for a handful of hungry, driven individuals who want more out of life. People willing to bet on themselves, put in the work, and build something meaningful together.

Not looking for everybody. Just a few of the right people to take under my wing and build with.

Lake Powell Leadership retreat, and Good Guys roundup up 2026 ✅✅

This week was incredible. Reps came from all over to celebrate accomplishments from this last year, but even more so- prepare for the future.

I love our culture here.

It’s different.

It’s family focused. It’s about doing things the right way. Working hard. Having integrity. Short term sacrifices for long term gains.

We are focused on the person, and who they are becoming, more than the accomplishment, and what that means to the company.

You can feel the buzz of excitement and buy in at every training, and event.

Reps want to be here. They are excited about the future, and understand the path and vision to get true FREEDOM.

I feel so grateful. This last week was transformative.

Enviroguard is a company built on the founders and partners creativity and ability to bootstrap. Get trenchy, work hard, and make it bigger and better… with less.

It was really intimidating pulling off these 2 giant events, and hoping they would all come together.

Our team proved this week that we can do the impossible. And while we lacked some of the flash and wow factor often seen in the industry… we more than made up for it in the heart, and soul, and meaning behind every interaction.

I’m excited for the future.

Day 2 🦷✨

From watching Dr. Hales live prep + temporize a unique cosmetic case and seeing her reaction!! 🥹 to ending the weekend with meditation, reflection, and connecting with like-minded dentists.

My biggest takeaway: becoming a better cosmetic dentist is about so much more than perfecting your clinical skills - it’s about the experience you create, the mindset you bring, and constantly pushing yourself to grow.

Truly unlike any dental course I’ve taken before 🤍

I’ve always been fascinated by people’s potential and what makes them unique.

Growing up I moved a TON!

Provo, Utah to Tucson, Arizona to Las Vegas, Nevada to Eagle, Idaho to Highland, Utah to South Jordan, Utah to Eagle, Idaho (x2), to Austin, Texas to Eagle, Idaho (x3). This doesn’t event include the other house moves haha.

Along the way I learned a thing or two about how to make friends. Looking back, this ability to connect with humans has become one of the greatest gift god gave me.

All of the faces you see in this post have inspired me over the last year. They bring an energy to their communities, a passion to their crafts, an enthusiasm for life, and an authenticity impossible to replicate. To each of you, thank you!

March 2025

March felt like spring in more ways than one—a month of returning to what grounds us, beginning something new, and recognizing that change was already underway.

Fortunately for us, Mardi Gras spilled into March. By now, we’ve got a rhythm. We know the parades, favorite spots, people, musicians, foods, and costumes. There’s something grounding about returning to traditions that feel so deeply like us. Before moving forward, sometimes it helps to remember where you came from.

Back in Waco, Ben started his first baseball season with the Black Haus, coached by @corydrewduncan . It was all about fun, learning, and getting comfortable with the game. Watching him begin to understand baseball—the same game I loved for so many years—felt like watching another little part of him come to life. Grateful for Coach Cory and the way he introduced the game to these kids.

Then I traveled to Utah for a Collective retreat, and that week became one of the most transformational of the year. The Collective gave people in an industry built around confidence and appearances a place to put all of that down. No fronting. No pretending. Just honesty about the grind, pressure, wins, failures, sacrifices, and the challenge of providing for your family while often being away from them. It was vulnerability, support, accountability, and brotherhood. And somewhere in that week, I realized where we were—and what I was doing—was no longer fully aligned with who I was or who we wanted to become as a family.

Spring has a way of reminding us that growth often requires change.

Looking back, March wasn’t just another month.

It was the beginning of a new season for all of us.

Welcome to the Good Guys Roundup!!

Mark your calendars- October 8-10, all the good guys and great gals need to be in St George!

We have a full week planned with sales, recruiting, real estate, and general good guy trainings!

There will be amazing guest speakers. There will be lots of smoked meat and bbq food. There will be mechanical bulls, a petting zoo, incredible awards given out (including some gold medals), and there will be a full blown country concert. It’s going to be special.

We chose the country/western theme because it perfectly represents what we’re trying to build as the Good Guys.

To us, cowboys represent people who put family first, work hard without complaining, keep their word, and show up when they’re needed.

They appreciate God, America, and the freedoms we’ve been blessed with.

They value character over status, grit over excuses, and understand that a person’s legacy is built by how they live, and who they are —not by what they own.

That’s the kind of culture we want at EnviroGuard.

We want to be elite performers who are even better husbands, wives, fathers, mothers, teammates, and friends.

We want people who work hard, celebrate each other, and do things the right way even when no one is watching.

The theme, branding, and atmosphere are fun. The values behind them are what really matter.
