CG5 was incredibly special❤️. The amount of love, abundance, and joy that filled our hearts over this last weekend was insane.

In our clothing this round we chose to signify an 8Ball.

The 8ball shot is the shot to win the game.

The internal work that we do at this retreat and within the collective I believe is the 8ball. You do this work, and you can truly start winning the game of life.

I haven’t always been the best at just playing with my kids. Putting my phone down, or work down, getting outside, letting myself get lost in their world. But I’m working on it🙏🫶

A lot of us grew up playing outside until someone called us home.

I want to keep that kind of childhood alive for my kids and give myself the freedom to enjoy it with them.

Less screens. More playing. All of us.

Some of my most “feeling alive” moments recently have been when I just let myself play and be a kid again.

Hack for a HEALTHY MIND👇

Surrender to the fact that you have a higher power, God, universe whatever you want to call it.

There is a real source of strength in a high power that is in the details of your life and guiding you.

Listen, take action, work hard, trust, and good things happen.

I’ve got some insane moves happening in my life right now that I feel have been building for the last 5 years or even 10 years and I just didn’t fully know I was being prepared for it.

If He can align the sun and stars, He can align your life.

Thank you to our amazing unexpected Summer 2026❤️ God has been MOVIN in our lives.

We always wanted to move back to SoCal but we thought we were still 2-3 years away from that.

God has other plans.

If there is one over arching lesson I’ve learned and am still learning is👇

Life is happening FOR you, not to you.

This summer and what I have built, am building, and feel pulled to do is going to change the direction of our lives in the most beautiful way.

I have never been more excited about what’s to come in life than I am right now.

In the midst of that excitement has been some really hard days and asking myself hard questions to truly be in the most aligned life possible for me and my family.

God is good, if you don’t feel like He is in your life, I promise you He is! Something that has helped me hear him more is finding a quiet place to just pray and listen.

As I have taken action on ideas, thoughts, and inspiration, it’s amazing to see everything unfold.

Happy summer! Let’s go crush the next 4 months and finish 2026 strong ❤️

If you woke up more overwhelmed than you would have liked today on this Monday morning! Here are a few things I do on Sunday to help prepare for that🙏

Body reset. This could be sauna, a night walk, yoga, meditation, something to reset. I personally like the sauna to just sweat it out.

Weekly plan: simple planning for the week on what’s coming and mentally committing and being ready for the actions you are prepared to take.

Monday morning: the quicker you take action the quicker momentum picks up. My “overwhelm” feeling dissipates pretty quick once I start taking action after waking up. 🙏

I think we need to hype our friends up for enjoying their lives as much as we hype them up for crushing business.

You had a record month? Let’s go.
You took Friday morning to make breakfast with your kids? Dude, let’s go.

There may be seasons where that’s not as possible and I understand that.

However, I believe there is time for all the goals you want, and the people you are building it for.

Work hard. Build cool things. Make room to enjoy what you’re building it all for.

If you don’t feel like this is at all possible in your life or if what you are putting your time into isn’t going to give you moments like this, it may be worth considering what life you are building and if it’s in alignment with where you are truly trying to go.

Money is nice, freedom is the goal.

Anyway, mom’s out of town and we’ve got reggae and breakfast handled. 🤙

As a therapist, I think a lot of dudes can be soft. Just not in the ways you may expect.

If you feel like you resonate with some of these signs, there is no shame.

Reach out, talk about it, and try your best to move in alignment with who you truly are. We have all been there 🙏 myself I included.

I’m 32 years old, married and I have a 6 year old daughter, 3 year old son, and a 1 year old son❤️

Not proud of it but man enough to say it, I would argue most of my thoughts are about work and providing. Building, creating, strategy, problem solving, all business.

Part of me is happy with that, but part of my heart is craving something else.

It’s craving the ability to grow a business, and be fully present as a dad.

Build an insane career, and also be in amazing shape for myself, and my family.

Have huge impact on the world, but not at the sacrifice of impact in the home.

Follow every dream we have, and also enjoy the entire journey along the way.

I’ve found we all want peace in life. Not later, but right now.

I beleive that’s all possible for all of us.
