“That’s my job: to say, when you come to the riverbank, I’ve set the river on fire.” These are the words Georges Descombes uses to describe his work restoring the Aire River in Geneva. In Earthshine, @stefandboris walks alongside this restored river – a river that acts as the protagonist of the book. Through this wander, Stefan traces what it means to reimagine a river as a living terrain, and what landscape architecture, climate, and imagination have to do with each other. _ Author: @stefandboris Drawings: Georges Descombes Language: English Pages: 223 Format: 13,2×18 cm, softcover Design: @cos.artur ISBN: 978-87-7407-587-5

The climate crisis is also a crisis of the imagination. Tomorrow you can hear how @stefandboris combats the crisis of imagination, as we launch his new book: Earthshine – An Essay on Watershed Imagining at @aarchdk The book takes the reader on an atmospheric journey along the Aire River outside Geneva – retracing the iconic river transformation project by Georges Descombes and Superpositions, and asking how we might reimagine rivers as life terrains and watersheds as common ground. We launch the book with a keynote lecture by Georges Descombes, followed by a conversation between him and Stefan, at @aarchdk – we hope to see you there. Can’t make it? Pre-order the book on our website. _ Author: @stefandboris Drawings: Georges Descombes Language: English Pages: 223 Format: 13,2x18 cm – softcover Design: @cos.artur Lauch: April 23, 2026 ISBN: 978-87-7407-587-5

Beautiful use of ES Allianz by @cos.artur 📖🙏🤝 “ “Els camins de la Guerra” a book that emerges from the testimonies of my great-grandfathers, survivors of the Spanish Civil War. Through their memories, I have reconstructed the journeys they undertook during their military service, paying particular attention to the cartographic details that acompanied their experiences. Climate Code. @cos.artur & @laloto.design Our project analyzes the impact of climate change on the increasing intensity of natural disasters through a series of six flags, each symbolizing a specific extreme phenomenon and featuring a distinctive, custom-designed emblem. In addition, we have created an editorial publication that enhances the understanding of our initiative by providing context and reinforcing its central message. By integrating cultural references and emphasizing the urgency of environmental challenges, our project aims to inspire meaningful discussions and encourage collective action toward a more sustainable future. web: https://climatecode.cargo.site/ #designdaily #bountyhuntersarchive #designinspiration #elisava #swissdesign #printedmatter #editorialgrid #contemporarytype #editorialdesign #projektmono #helveticaposter #artbook #poster.index #editorial #thebookdesign #graphicdesign #graphicindex #itsnicethat #graphicfeed #thebookdesign #visualbleed #currodsgn #type01 #ascii #6tm_magazine #stopdesigning #tomorrow_featured #rndmpxls @visualbleed @designeverywhere_ @thegraphicaddict @curro.dsgn @poster.index @stopdesigning @kooollektoor @bau_bcn

The project ironically and casually explores the replacement of graphic designers by artificial intelligence, highlighting the tension between AI’s mechanical efficiency and the human creativity inherent in a designer’s work. By using common design mock-ups, it portrays workplace scenarios that reflect the emotional and professional challenges faced by designers, such as unrealistic deadlines, dehumanized competition, and the perception of obsolescence in the face of machines. These graphic resources not only create a direct connection with the target audience—graphic design professionals—but also establish a cohesive visual style that reinforces the project’s professional atmosphere.
