POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

A few months ago I went to the @cospringsbookbash and had a blast! The little kid in me who loved Scholastic Book Fairs was freaking out that there is also a book fair for grown ups! 📚✨

It was lovely hanging out with talented indie authors like @kekeyp_ishakeyvaporterauth @amandacaseybooks @jntucker and @veloravenn and fellow narrator @amber.does.audio 🥰

COS City Hub hosted a full day of stories with Springs Book Bash. And when the evening came, Book Bash After Dark turned the page into something even more alive.

This is what the Hub is made for: spaces that hold morning and midnight equally well.

Share this with a reader in Colorado Springs.

Wait!!! I forgot to mention the cool drink cards @cospringsbookbash included with the After Dark packages! I’ll definitely be mixing these up this winter.

FINALLY getting around to showing off the three books I picked up from the @cospringsbookbash. I have been kicking myself for not picking up @erikfoxwrites books last year, but I remedied that this year! And I picked up @zsdiamanti ‘s latest cozy fantasy. These jumped my TBR, so I’m hoping to get to them soon!

Let’s ignore that it’s been a few weeks since this happened and we went to the Book Bash After Dark.🤣

But seriously this is me anytime we go to a location with books 😅 I set a limit and always go over it…

The Book Bash After Dark was so much fun and we can’t wait to go again next year + go to the Springs Book Bash. We seriously look forward to this event the whole year 🥰 wedding plans made it hard for us to go both days this year but next year we plan on going to both 🥲 (and apologies if I ever seem frazzled in public, it’s a lot for this introvert to leave my tiny hobbit hole)

So much love to @cospringsbookbash @michellenhagood @chlyn.author for all the amazing work they do throwing this event 💕🫶🏻

Still thinking about this night. 🥹❤️

Book Bash After Dark was my first time really taking the plunge and doing an event like this, and I am SO glad I did.

My husband took these pictures, and I love having them because they captured little pieces of a night I don't ever want to forget. ❤️

I had 26 transactions that night, and 15 of those were people who chose all three books. 🥹 58 books went home with people.

FIFTEEN people said, “Yep, give me all three.” 😂❤️

Almost two years after my last release, getting to sit behind that table, talk to people about my books, meet readers, and watch my stories go home with people was something really special.

To every single person who stopped by my table, bought a book, bought all three, talked to me, told me they were excited to read, or even just came over to say hi...

THANK YOU. Truly. ❤️

I don't think you realize how much every single interaction meant to me.

And to my husband for taking these pictures, being there through all of it, and reminding me how proud he is of me—thank you. ❤️

I almost talked myself out of doing this event. I'm really glad I didn't.

My books have been a huge part of my life, and getting to share them with actual people face-to-face was something I didn't know I needed.

And if you have any pictures of us from that night, please feel free to tag me and share them with me! I would absolutely love to have them. ❤️

Thank you, Book Bash After Dark, and thank you to everyone who made my first event so incredibly special. 🥹📚❤️

✨📚 SPRINGS BOOK BASH RECAP 📚✨

The Springs Book Bash was an ABSOLUTE BLAST! 🖤📖

This was my first time attending a larger book event, and honestly… I’m OBSESSED. 😭 The whole event was so well organized, easy to navigate, and packed with so many amazing authors, vendors, books, and bookish goodies!

But my favorite part?! 🥹✨ The AUTHOR BINGO card! Getting to go around and meet different authors to complete the card was such a fun idea — and I ended up discovering authors I probably would have completely missed otherwise!

I got to meet so many incredible authors, add WAY too many books to my TBR, and leave with a very full book bag and an even fuller heart. 😂🖤 I only bought 9 new books! That seemed like self control haha

Huge thank you to everyone who made Springs Book Bash such an amazing experience! @cospringsbookbash SpringsBookBash

And of course, a special shoutout to some of the incredible authors who made the weekend so much fun: @CHLynAuthor @MichelleNHagood @CarlyStevensAuthor @HNDeFore @TraceyBarski @ErikFoxAuthor 🖤📚@authorjenniferjwilliams
