My heart is so full after such a special day surrounded by the most beautiful souls. 🩷✨

Bringing Sound With Purpose to life has been one of my proudest and most meaningful achievements. Seeing so many incredible women come together to support, empower and uplift one another is something I’ll forever be grateful for.

What began as an event for Breast Cancer Awareness Month grew into a much bigger conversation about women’s health, mental wellbeing and the importance of looking after ourselves.

A special thank you to our wonderful guest speakers, @brookenicolasmith , for sharing valuable insights into breast cancer awareness, and @milzzjo , for bravely sharing her personal experience with deepfakes and their impact on mental health. And of course, our lovely @itskatiepemberton for guiding us through such a beautiful sound healing session. 💗

There is no age too young or too old to start prioritising your wellbeing. The best time to start is now.

I’m incredibly proud to share that together we raised £1,180 for Beauty With a Purpose! 🌸

A heartfelt thank you to @wellness360w11 for providing the perfect space and to @townhouse and @starpowa for contributing to our lovely curated goodie bags.

Sound With Purpose is only the beginning. My hope is to inspire more women to put their health first, speak openly, support one another and never underestimate the power of their voice.

So let this be your reminder to check in with yourself, start those important conversations and encourage the women around you to do the same. Because when we come together with compassion and purpose, we have the power to create lasting change.

Together, let’s turn awareness into action, conversations into change and beauty into purpose. 🩷✨

SOUND BATH WITH A PURPOSE 🎀

A moment to pause, unwind and come together for a cause that matters.

Join me this October for a special wellness event in support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month and Beauty with a Purpose, Miss World’s global charitable initiative supporting sick and disadvantaged children around the world.

We’ll begin with some light moment with a calming sound bath, a chance to slow down, switch off and take a little time for yourself, followed by an informative talk and open Q&A with a healthcare professional on breast cancer awareness and prevention.

It will be a lovely opportunity to come together, look after our wellbeing and support an amazing cause.

All proceeds go to Beauty with a Purpose.✨

Your healing is a sacred practice. It’s like a quiet returning to yourself.

But don’t just acknowledge it. Act on it.

Today, choose one small thing that supports your emotional wellness:
a boundary
a pause
a journal entry
a moment of stillness.

Self‑devotion becomes real when you practice it, not just think about it.

Your peace grows through the choices you make daily.
