2-Ingredient Egg White Cheese Bites.

This is actually my SECOND time trying these. 😅

The first time, I used pre-shredded Parmesan and it would NOT stick together. So this time I bought a block and shredded it myself... and they still fell apart. When I rolled them like she does, they crumbled. I had to squeeze them together to get them into balls.

Verdict: ❌ TOSS

It’s cheese, so of course it tastes delicious. But mine definitely didn’t turn out like hers!

What you need:
➡️ 140g grated Parmesan
➡️ 2 egg whites (60g)

How to make it:
➡️ Mix the Parmesan and egg whites until it holds together
➡️ Roll (or squeeze!) into bite-size balls and place on a lined tray
➡️ Freeze for about 2 hours, until solid
➡️ Air fry at 350° (180°C) for 10 min, until golden
➡️ Let them cool a few minutes

My batch made 7 bites. Macros per bite:
90 cal | 7g protein | 3g carbs | 6g fat

That’s a pretty little bite for almost 100 calories... and most of it comes from the fat in the Parmesan.

These 5-ingredient banana oatmeal cookies might be the easiest one yet 👇

🍌 2 ripe bananas
🥣 1½ cups oats
🥜 ¼ cup peanut butter
🍫 ¼ cup dark chocolate chips
🍯 Dash of honey

Mix it all together, scoop onto a baking sheet & bake at 350°F for ~15 minutes.

5 ingredient banana bread! 🍌🍞🍫

Ingredients:
3 ripe bananas
1/2 cup peanut butter @justins
2 eggs
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla bean paste
Optional: dark chocolate chips + melted chocolate on top

Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 180 C (350 F). Line a loaf tin. Mashed bananas until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Fold through chocolate if using. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until set.

Ingredients
2 cups self-rising flour, plus more for kneading
1 1/2 cups Greek yogurt

For the topping:
1 egg (for egg wash finish)
everything bagel seasoning, poppy seeds or sesame seeds

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F)
2. In a large bowl, mix self-rising flour and greek yogurt until combined, then form into a ball
3. Transfer dough to a floured work surface and use your hands to knead the dough until no longer sticky, add more flour as needed
4. Cut the dough into 4 equal pieces
5. Roll each piece of dough into a log shape, then join both ends together to make a bagel shape
6. Transfer bagels to a parchment paper-lined baking sheet
7. Brush the tops of bagels with egg wash and sprinkle generously with seasoning of choice
8. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the bagels are golden & cooked through

Ingrediënten (4 porties – gebaseerd op onderstaande grammen):
500 g vanille Griekse yoghurt (±2 cups)
50 g blauwe bessen
50 g frambozen
20 g pindakaas
30 g pure chocolade (gesmolten)
60 g granola

Voedingswaarden berekend per portie bij 4 gelijke stukken.

Bekleed een bakplaat met bakpapier.
Spreid de yoghurt uit tot ±1 cm dik.
Verdeel bessen en granola erover.
Drizzle pindakaas en gesmolten chocolade.
Laat 2–3 uur bevriezen en breek in stukken.

Koud.
Knapperig.
Snack met volume.

Nothing celebrates Chinese New Year in Australia quite like an Aussie classic Crispy Noodle Salad. 🥢🧧 Thanks to @countdown_til_dinner for making it for her next family gathering. Recipe below

Who’s bringing it to their next feast?

You can find Chang’s Crispy Fried Noodle Range at Woolworths, Coles & Independent Supermarkets.

Recipe:

Ingredients:
• 1 packet Chang’s Original Fried Noodles
• ½ Chinese cabbage (wombok), shredded finely
• 6 green onions, sliced
• ½ cup slivered almonds, toasted
• 1/2 cup Chang’s Crispy Noodle Salad Dressing

Method:
1. Finely shred the cabbage and place in a large bowl along with the Chang’s Original Fried Noodles, spring onions and almonds. Toss until combined.
2. Just before serving pour Chang’s Crispy Noodle Salad Dressing over salad and toss until salad is fully coated.
3. To make a delicious meal add 300g shredded BBQ chicken or BBQ pork.
