🌿✨ SERENITY IN THE CLOUD FOREST
January 10–14, 2027 | Hotel Finca 360, Costa Rica
There comes a time when you realize you don’t need another thing on your to-do list.
You need space.
Space to wake up without rushing.
Space to enjoy a beautiful breakfast overlooking the mountains.
Space to wander through the rainforest, journal, read, reflect—or simply sit and enjoy the view.
Serenity in the Cloud Forest is an intimate 5-day, 4-night retreat for everyone who appreciate beautiful surroundings, meaningful experiences, wonderful food, and the freedom to simply be.
At Hotel Finca 360, your days are intentionally unhurried.
🌿 Time immersed in nature
🧘‍♀️ Restorative movement and moments of stillness
🥑 Fresh, healthy farm-to-table Costa Rican cuisine
☕ Authentic experiences that connect you with the destination
📖 Time to journal, read, reflect or simply do nothing
💚 Meaningful conversations and genuine connection—without forced group sharing
🌺 A peaceful mountain setting where you can finally hear your own thoughts again
This isn’t about doing more.
It’s about making room for yourself.
Room to breathe.
Room to think.
Room to rest.
Room to reconnect with the person you are now.
You may arrive thinking you need something big.
A change.
An answer.
A new direction.
But somewhere between the rainforest, the mountains, the clouds, the delicious food and the quiet…
you may discover that what you really needed was simply space and clarity.
✨ Come for the beauty.
🌿 Stay for the serenity.
💚 Leave feeling more like yourself.

⛳️🤯Interesting! Do you know why Executive Golf Courses exist?!👇🏼

I love mixing it up and golfing on Executive courses once in a while! I had such a fun day with my beautiful friend rocking our stylish Fits from @fabletics X Kevin Hart Collection!!🏌🏼‍♀️♥️

5 Reasons for Executive Courses:
1️⃣Time Efficiency: Rounds take 2 hours instead of the 4 hours required on a full-length regulation course.
2️⃣Shorter Distances: Total yardage spans 2,000 to 5,500 yards with mostly par-3s and shorter par-4s, making them much faster.
3️⃣Beginner Friendly: The forgiving, less intimidating layouts help new players build confidence without struggling through long fairways or numerous hazards.
4️⃣Short-Game Practice: They offer great opportunities for golfers to practice their putting, chipping, and iron play.
5️⃣Lower Cost: Green fees typically cost 50% to 75% less than standard regulation courses.

What would you add??🏌🏼‍♀️🏌🏾‍♂️

You are more capable than you realize. You can take small steps and do it with little effort, but give yourself a chance to try.

Some people are scared to take my jump rope class because they think it's hard. My class is programmed to allow all abilities to join.

Come try it out at Southwestern college on Thursdays 1:30 pm @swc_college @swc_jaws

⛳️Perfect Golf Day! Good friends, beautiful fairways, and outfits that understood the assignment.

We had so much fun golfing The Executive course at Lake San Marcos! There’s just something about getting out on a beautiful course with a good friend, soaking up the views, and feeling GOOD in your cute golf fit.😍We’re loving our Fabletics x Kevin Hart fits! ♥️♥️🙌🏻🫶🏼

Life is short! Get out there and have fun! Who’s your favorite person to hit the course with? 🏌🏼‍♀️🏌🏾‍♂️

One thing Carolyn’s students often come to know about her is that she tends to weave meaningful themes throughout each class. These themes are intentionally curated and often reflect what she is currently moving through in her own life, what is inspiring her, and what she hopes might inspire others. Her classes create space for reflection, connection, and growth offered with authenticity, intention, and heart.

Carolyn first joined Yoga Branch as a student in 2013, and began teaching in 2020. Since March 2021, she has been a steady and beloved part of our community, sharing classes that feel thoughtful, grounded, and deeply personal. 💛

thank you Carolyn for being a beautiful part of our community.

Don’t forget to attend her workshop this Saturday :
Rest/Restore Yoga & Soundscape Experience with Carolyn and Mark on June 27 from 6 - 7:30 pm.
