POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

New post to mark the end of summer and start of Fall and show you that we are still alive 😅
A quick project to kick off the cozy season and what's better than a warm coloured tote bag to stroll around the city?
I initially meant to make a carousel inspired by one of the latest posts of @tabubilgirl but IG updated and it didn't upload any picture so I had to make a reel🙄 hope you like it although it's not strictly related to fabrics 😊
Hopefully we'll be more active in the next weeks, we have to show some interesting finding! Stay tuned!

Sound on 🌊🌊
Vacation mode
Relax
Think of the crystal clear sea water, the gentle breeze, the sun warmth....
The waves that caress the shore....
What's the fabric that more closely mimics the movement of the water if not silk tulle with its incredible lightness and sheerness? You can layer different shades of silk tulle and obtain a watercolour effect like we did....
Think of your next water inspired sewing project like this....

Vintage things hit different!
Ivory crinkle silk chiffon delicately enhancing the texture of an antique handmade lace doily. I cam totally imagine a pair of cuffs made this unique piece, or a collar detail, or a tiny bag?

March went by so busy we didn't even update our IG page! 😱
Here's to you in a few seconds what it actually took quite a few weeks to put together a collection of old and expired fabric samples and swatches we didn't want to simply throw away. Luckily one of our lovely clients needed them for her classes and gently accepted to save these samples from the dustbin.
Each scrap of fabric has a story, a memory, and a special feeling, we are very happy that these small pieces of fabric keep serving the cause of bringing knowledge to future costumers amd designers!
