Chasing an endless summer with the new @ultravioletwines Blanc de Blancs.

Bright Chardonnay, crisp bubbles and a very good reason to keep summer going just a little bit longer.

Good wine doesn’t need much.

A great pizza. A few open bottles. People you actually want to share them with.

That’ll do. 🍕🍷

Wine tastes better when it helps the planet

A significant portion of DELTA bottles sold go to various causes and charities

One in particular, @surfrider has taken it upon themselves to keep the oceans clean since 1984

To learn more about how DELTA gives back, check out story for a link to more information

Cheers to Mother Earth 🌎 ♥️

Orange wine is one of the oldest styles of winemaking in the world, produced by fermenting white grapes with their skins, a practice that predates modern winemaking by thousands of years. Though often viewed as a recent trend, its roots trace back to ancient traditions that continue today in regions like Georgia, while producers across the globe have embraced the style through a contemporary lens. The extended skin contact creates wines with greater texture and structure. More than a category, orange wine represents the intersection of history, tradition, and innovation, offering a perspective on white wine that is both ancient and refreshingly modern.

Every bottle of Delta gives back. 🍷🌊

To date, we’ve donated over $75K to partners fighting for our planet:

🌊 @surfrider — protecting oceans, beaches & clean water

🌱 @cooleffect_ — neutralizing our winery’s full carbon footprint every year (266 tonnes)

♻️ @glasshalffull.co — 4,000+ tons of glass recycled to rebuild the Louisiana coast

Drink well. Give Back.

Chardonnay in the New World represents a shift in perspective from tradition-bound interpretations to a more exploratory, site-driven approach, where winemakers across regions like California, Australia, and beyond have redefined what the grape can be outside the conventions of the Old World. While early New World styles often emphasized immediacy and richness, a growing number of producers are now embracing restraint, structure, and extended élevage, crafting wines that are increasingly capable of aging and evolving with time.
